I need to read up / watch some youtube reviews on him, still on the fence. From what I remember that was some notable issues with him, something with the shoulders?

 

Yeah, he had issues with his shoulder tabs not being strong enough to stay in when holding the weight of his arms and the cannons. There's a DNA kit that pretty much fixes it and his other problems, though. And with the discount, you can buy that too and still come out ahead lol.
