    Again, wrong version of the car for 2007 Bee.

    To anyone ever developing Bumblebee Movie toys in the future, in case you come across this thread:

    Please stop using generic 2010 Camaro reference files, 3d files, that are used for the industry otherwise. The 2007 bee had a different shape and features than the one released to the public. The last several to come out, including MPM-3, were based off the mass market release of the car, which is WRONG. Might as well just release one you make up and save the licensing fee.

    As of right now, 2007 Deluxe Bee, the first one released, is the only one to get it right. Which is bonkers.

    For Camaro Bee fans, this stuff matters.

    he listing indicates all these figures will be released through February to May 2020. Remember that the Takara Tomy Studio Series numbers are different from the Hasbro releases. The upcoming characters and sizes are as follows:

    • SS-44 Deluxe class WW II Hot Rod – February 2020
    • SS-45 Leader class DOTM Shockwave – February 2020
    • SS-46 Voyager class 2007 Megatron – March 2020
    • SS-47 Leader class Constructicon Scavenger – March 2020
    • SS-48 Deluxe class Offroad Bumblebee (Jeep) – April 2020-Here
    • SS-49 Voyager class DOTM Sentinel Prime – April 2020

    It must have something to do with GM. I’m not too knowledgeable with how the licensing goes there but I assume they would want the products reflective of the vehicles they have in production.

    I like that release schedule. 2 per month from February through may. Good way to spread it out so that there's no long drought.

    I'm not a huge fan of Bayverse TFs, but I've picked up a few Studio bot due to their excellent designs. Why does this one look so...odd? TBH, worse than the original mold.

    It's possible, but, the 5th generation Camaro this is based on is NOT in production. They are technically on to the 6th generation, and are half way through that version.

    Also, every version of Bee after this one is really customized, and Hasbro does semi-accurate versions of those in toy form. So that leads me to believe that it's not GM, it's someone at Hasbro starting from reference files or 3d models given to them by GM licensing. Which is what GM would give to Hot Wheels, Jada, RC Toy people etc. And, be right to do so. Hasbro, Movie 07 bee, is a unique case that Hasbro should be mindful of.

    If I'm wrong, cool, I get it, business, etc. But if it is within their control, then do it right.
