For sure, much better acting, story, pacing, and mildly better animation and fight scene quality

Windblade vs Bludgeon was the best. Felt like the style was made for duels.

sad to see the ghosts of terrible IDW designs still popping up here and there. I wonder if we'll ever get a good Whirl update.
(T30 was totally ruined by the reverse knee legs)

First of all, what's wrong with basing the design on his most popular version ever made? Whirl was very unpopular until the IDW version came along.

Second of all, why are you looking for your "muh ideal Whirl" in the kids line where he'll be a gimmicky unarticulated toy out of scale with your entire Generations collections?

I thought T30 Whirl was ruined by not fully committing to the IDW aesthetic in a line almost entirely comprised of IDW designs.

Is this the first confirmation of Whirl and Repungus for Cyberverse?

Combine that overall sentiment with the new Deluxe pricepoint and it seems like Cyberverse is doing well enough for Hasbro to start putting more resources into it.

Whirl and Repugnus huh? Interesting \"rubs chin inquisitively* These look okay though Bludgeon and Whirl appear to be warrior class rather than the nice new deluxe class,Hot Rod looks like he could be a deluxe though I would've hoped the deluxe would have somewhat better color separation and better looking arms. Those arms look really bad. I'm really, really hoping we get a deluxe Cyberverse Wheeljack. Aside from the lack of a faceplate, I really like what they've done with him on the show and I'm glad he's gotten some of the spotlight in recent episodes.

Nice. More characters. But I won't be buying those. Now that I know Deluxes are coming, I will wait for them for all characters (except Windblade, she seems to be decent enough in Warrior class).

I had a little hope that they would use the deluxe cyberverse line to release well articulated figures of Rescue Bots, another current show with no Generations presence. That Whirl goes against that. But OK. We can still get a deluxe RBA Whirl in the future.

Might just track down RID Bludgeon, since that's the design they're using here.

The Repugnus images aren't on the splash page, while Megatron isn't mentioned in the description.

Doesn't look like it from the lack of articulation he looks to have. He also seems to have a warrior class like gimmick going on with his claw arm.

Hot Rod has blast effects, so he must be. But given they all have different releases, I would agree Whirl is Warrior. Bludgeon is One Step and Repugnus IDK
