Soundwave has definitely grown on me, he looks chonky enough, and his chest doesn't botter me as before

 

I'm not a customizer, but I wonder how hard it would be to replace the eyes on Devastator's head with green LEDs.

Looks good so far, really interested in seeing the final two. Although with a red face, I am really hoping we get a yellow Rampage repaint eventually.

 

Will be a lot of careful movements to not mess the face with wires or removing the eyes

 

If he's only a head...does that mean Mixmaster is now a...

i have alot of issues wiht the head

1. the head is WAYYYYYYY to small for how big hes going to.... his head was big in the movie...

2. NO LIGHT UP FEATURE WTF!!!! even the cheap one that was only $100 had that....

3. the head isnt round enough and to thin

4. the mouth sucks!!!! its not even big enough to eat a deluxe figure let alone a legends figure wtf!!! seriously???? his whole purpose in the movie was to eat things and to uncover the machine under the pyramid....

the head is whats going to make or break the whole combiner.... so far it might be breaking it.....

We haven't gotten lights in a voyager in probably like a decade. Also his whole head expanded in the movie when he vacuumed stuff up, so a non vacuum mode head not being able to chomp a deluxe seems fine to me.

I can imagine some fans are quite happy that there's a version of 2007 Megatron that doesn't have his head just blatantly sticking out the top of his jet mode, even if that's actually inaccurate.

 

*Billy proceeds to break out an entire Devastator and places it on his desk*

Devastator: "I'M AN ABOMINATION! And I'm coming to your house after school!"

 

I'm just happy to have a Megatron that isn't wearing his entire wing assembly on his back. Even the MPM, while neatly compressed, still carries the sin of shellformering like his 2007 predecessors.

Considering the utter mess of junk metal 2007 Meg's jet mode was, I think it's worth sacrificing in favour of the robot mode the previous attempts neglected to capture in favor of the jet.

 

still lame though.... the none vacuum head looks so bad since thats pretty much ALL he did in the movie and i know we never get lights now but for the prices and the better quality we should.... its just sad the old $100 one has better accuracy ten this one
