Thanks. I’m heavily considering getting rid of 90% of my chug collection. It’s all in boxes and I just don’t have the space anymore. These guys are doing it for me right now. I have another wall mounted display with MP cars (plus my Soundwave Blaster and Reflector collection) but I feel like I’m at the point where I can clear out a lot and be perfectly happy.

if I can clear a shelf on one of my Billy bookshelves I want to do some swappable dioramas for my legends. Hopefully get some good lighting... and a better camera.

I displayed MP & Chug for about 7 or 8 years. Took down chug when I started legends. Took down MP when my legends collection got large enough.

I need to go through and start selling. I have so much CHUG, a lot of it Takara as Hasbro painting usually wasn’t as good.

There is definitely some chug scale stuff I’ll keep. My Maketoys Crossdimensions and half a dozen Takara Legends (oddly enough) plus anything Soundwave. I just feel that right now legends capture that nostalgic feeling of getting a new toy. Even if it’s something that didn’t exist back then like the DJD. They are getting better all the time. Where as I don’t like the super cartoon slant that MP figures are heading towards. Nothing beats just popping one of these little guys in your pocket and fiddling with it when ever I feel like it.

i feel the same way when it comes to legends bots. everyone i get is like a brand new little toy to me.

i dont usually give two shits about things like that ss an adult. but these little guys are resonating with me right now.

IMHO, these are the transformers toys we’ve always wanted. It’s a real damn shame that Hastak never got around to making these.

CHUG, although now more G1 than ever, still isn’t close enough for my tastes. And MP jumped the shark with $450 OP, and were always a little too big for me anyway.

i definitely feel these new bots are the embodiment of everything that i have read in comics. these are what i was thinking about when it comes to how i want these guys to look.

most of these guys are barely getting started and i cant wait to see what they have next moving forward.

I know there are still a few releases to come from Iron Factory. TM2 Megatron, Optimal Op, Maximus Ambus, Cliffjumper, Tesarus, Lio Convoy, Bludgeon, BattleChargers (are they still happening?) Which all seems like loads but I’d love to see what they have planned for next year.

I posted this Friday and accidentally left them sit on my desk at work over the weekend. Got in today, and they were gone! Absolutely gutted. Yet somehow, the person didn't touch the 10+ other G1 and Siege figures. Wtf.

oh man that’s terrible. Maybe they thought they could get away with it because they were small but that’s such a douche move. I hate it when someone steals my lunch. I’d be furious if that happened.

I hope they turn up. Hopefully they feel guilty for taking them.

The people I work with mostly have kids my age (37), so... My money is on an EVS worker taking it over the weekend. It's kind of one of those situations where I'm just going to get mocked by everyone if I even ask around.

I actually had them packed in a Tupperware lunch container so I wouldn't be surprised if it was someone trying to pilfer a lunch.

That’s even worse. I thought they were sitting on your desk. Opening a box seems less of an impulse move.

Optimistic idea: did you look in the fridge? Maybe somebody thought you left a lunch out and put it in there out of kindness? Maybe those poor bots are just in cryo sleep...

I take a backpack to and from work. I have been known to leave my lunch containers in them over the weekend and even in the back seat of my truck. I am sure you have looked all logical places but also check any drawers you would not normally check. I have been down this road before only to find out it was a friend having a bit of fun at my expense. Oh, Also check the trash cans, incase it got tossed out in the trash when they were cleaning the desk.

I'm such a schmuck... I just found the Tupperware in a junk drawer in my 5 year olds play area. He must have raided my work backpack this weekend. Crisis averted! Thanks for the messages everyone. I'm such an idiot...
