Seriously? So should be reasonably easy to get for retail online again?

Oh yeah, the fights and CGI were fine. What I hated was all the pandering to G1 fans, the fact that it didn't seem to know if it was a prequel or a reboot, and just some of the stupid writing. Which again, most of this was due to them trying to distance from the Bay movies after TLK. I think as a legit prequel, it could've been very good still.

Well well, color me surprised with the Walmart leaks. Jet Shatter and Overload are things I expected, but Jeep Bee and Roadbuster are some promising signs for the future. Glad to hear they’re doing the wreckers, and hopefully a Jeep Bee means we might get a Blitzwing down the road (since the backdrops tend to get reused at least once). Now that the 2007 cast is done and dusted, it’s cool to see them filling in the blanks for ROTF, DOTM and BB for those who are interested. Hopefully we can see some confirmations and pictures soon with some conventions coming up...
Personally I found the 2007 movie to be the most enjoyable and the one with the most love and care put into it. It also holds the merit of being the only transformers movie I go back to watch regularly. In terms of cast collection, the 2007 cast is the most appealing to me because the Autobots at the time were distinguishable between each other, and the decepticons were actually intimidating. I also have fond memories of the original 2007 toys from when I was a kid. It’s really the roots for my love of the franchise. In essence you could say it’s my G1.

Plus the actual figures in the cast are pretty sweet if you ask me. If I had to do this collecting thing all over again from scratch. I’d still buy all the 2007 decepticons. I just find myself enjoying them even as individual figures.

Personally i just like to start with them considering it was the first movie, and because the Decepticons in it were so much more threatening than the ones in the following movies.

I think the upcoming movies (If any) should not cater to any part of the fanbase and just be their own thing. The fanbase should be brought together, not split apart yet again.

Someone claimed that from another source that Scrapper will be paired with Blitzwing. But he said take it with a mountain of Salt.

    For Soundwave, I would have.

    Bruh it's been real forever.
Not to brag or anything but I can do you one better: I got voyager Ironhide and Starscream off ebay in early 2007 and I didn't regret for one second paying almost double retail for them. My hype was through the ROOF by that point!
AMEN! It's why I never cared about the endless silly "is it officially a reboot?!" questions. Just let it be its own thing! There isn't enough love for the bay movies as movies to warrant continuation, and there isn't enough pure G1 love to pander and redo that story the same way. It struck the right balance in many ways (the designs from the opening scene were definitely too G1 for my tastes but the earth-based designs were all great IMO), and concentrated on its story that it wanted to tell. It didn't build on a shitload of mythology that never gets a payoff.

Has anyone bought from freemantoys on eBay? I wanna pick up this jazz but I’ve never bought from a China located seller. Just don’t want to buy a fake.

To my knowledge there are not any knockoffs of MPM Jazz on the market yet, so you should be fine.

This is good news. Is this reissue global or just the US?
