Yeah, looked through the sellers recent items. Loads of rare stuff at low prices. Sorry, but not happening.  

 

He has gone rogue. I ordered something from him a couple days ago and I just got the tracking number. Called USPS and the address it has been sent to is in a different zip code.

 

Does anyone know if another rerun of Apache will happen? Not sure if I want to bite and spend $229.90 on robottoybase.

 

To me Apache has the best looking G1 inspired car mode. Colored black it would make for a spiffy Batmobile as well.

 

I actually enjoy apache. His transformation isn't nearly as awful as people claim. It's a triple changer, it will be a little more involved for that very reason. All 3 modes look good to me and he is very solid feeling. More recent offering from FT have soured me on them, but this guy is just fine IMO.

 

I ordered Apache from this Seller too. But I've got a bad feeling about it now. I'll be watching them every day now.

From looking at the sales of the Movie crew; they didn't exactly fly off the shelves. This makes me think a re-release would be unlikely unless they did decide to change the finish, which they have made no indication of.

I managed to pick up a used copy that was in good shape not too long ago because I felt this would be the best option.

 

I'm also ready for a reissue.

 

Mine seems to be moving as expected, but it could very well be a necklace or something. I've got weirder things than that before instead of what I ordered.

 

Mines still not showing any movement. But its also not due to arrive till Dec 10th.

All of their items have been removed from their Ebay store. Plus they've been added to the bad sellers list. I'd recommend calling Paypal asap and speaking to a live agent to initiate a refund claim. Your Apache orders won't be coming unfortunately. The good news is, given the evidence, the claim will be awarded in your favor within 10 days. No need to wait until December. Even if the seller was legit, it shouldn't take anywhere near December (2 months) to receive an in stock item. The max is about 14 days for delivery given the item is actually in stock. Even the legit sellers publish inflated delivery times for some odd reason even though it usually turns out to be 14 days at the most depending on where the order is shipping to.

Also you may want to PM dalianjj to find out if and when FT plans to do a reissue of Apache. That way you'll know from the horse's mouth.

 

Yeah, I called eBay today and started the process of a Claim. They still stick to their guns and say to wait till the item gets delivered, despite all the overwhelming Evidence that the Seller has gone Rogue. Do you think contacting Paypal directly would be a better route? Or would I still have to wait till "something" gets delivered or the max delivery date has been reached? I've never had a problem getting Money back in situations like this, but I've always gone straight through eBay and had to play the Waiting Game first.

I was right again ......like always......... anyway just go to robot toy base blah blah and buy it there and save yourself the hassle. What's another 50 bucks, that's not even an hour's worth of work for me.......but if you're looking for some more hurt, try TAOBAO.
