Bought Assault off @junkbot and he is magnificent! I'm blown away that he's roughly the same size as MP-11 in jet mode, but SO MUCH BIGGER as a bot!

 

I love mine too! I just wish they had different faces.

 

I disliked the toyworld display stands so I modified an MP11 stand.
Its good for flight and robot mode.
Now all my jets can have the same base.

Looks like they're no real differences from the original release. Which isn't bad, those Coneheads are great!

if they do the regular seekers in this style and at a good price i may forgo takaras "v2" (aka v3). these are a little tall though right? any comparison images with mp-10 height figures?

I'm torn on these things. On one hand, I'm torn on these things. On one hand, I've got them for so cheap that I can sell them for significantly less than retail and still make a tidy profit. On the other hand, I really don't want to sell them even though they don't have a clear place in my collection just because they're so nice. I agree that these are the best Seeker toys currently available, notwithstanding the relative lack of show accuracy. and yes, I also have the maketoys Seekers, and I like these better. If they weren't so large as robots they would be in my primary display

Interesting. I skipped the Toyworld version because they were too big compared to other MP characters. But more and more large figures appear on my MP shelf that are not small and I feel the official size (i.e. MP-11) looks too small.

If they would announce that they are going to release their regular seekers as well, then I might be interested.

But the colours definitely pop. Tempted to pick one or two up just because of that.

 

Big facts. I think these also have the most beautiful plane modes of all available options, aside from maybe the original igear's, and that's because they use pretty much the exact same Rich color palette. Particularly Thrust!

 

I also find it pretty cool that these guys are beasts in bot mode, but the alt mode is only slightly larger than MP-11. I only have Toyworld Assault, but I love the idea that he's the big bruiser of the group. I have no issue with larger coneheads as my "Brute Squad."

I think I am in on these. I like to have the cone heads in alt mode and these look very good.

 

These always looked good. Glad to see these back. That colour less translucent cockpit looks great.

 

Glad to see that people are going to get another go at these beasts! They are one of my accidental favorite purchases, as I was not expecting to love them as much as I did/still do. Agree with what people have said, too; alt modes are spot-on, and I love that they are such hulking brutes behind the original seekers.

 

Hey, maybe this time they'll finally do a G2 RAMJET.
