Doesn't the upcoming Ghost Rider have a light up feature like Scott, Nathan, and upcoming Black Bolt and Lock Jaw? I thought it will have it, but I could be wrong. Edit: Looks like it doesn't as of now. Will see the final details when the actual pre-order pops up.
Huh? The normal non gimmicky stuff for marvel/dc is always between 80-90, it all depends on how many and what the accessories are.
It used to all be 80...then it later added the "-90" part. I'm surprised Black Bolt was as low as it was even with the Lockjaw figure included.

Good match with the custom Mezco Scarlet Spidey and the 1/6th version. Is the Suit on the HT Scarlet Spidey more cloth/ribbed textured than compared to the PS4 version? I haven't seen recent reviews on HT Scarlet Spidey since I posted Justin's review on it.
Thanks. It’s definitely a stretchy fabric that lends itself well to Spider-Man. I don’t have the PS4 version but I do have the Iron Spider and I think they are similar. But I think the PS4 version has a better suit material over the Iron Spider. Scarlet Spider suit is probably the best yet.
TDK Batman was $65 when it first came out, then some $70 figures. Then their first Marvel figures came out, if you follow SHF, you know they had to bundle accessories with their figures to bring them up to $80 because of Hasbro's license. So Marvel Mezco's come out at $80, and all of the sudden that's the MSRP across the board for any standard figure. It's creeping up now, like $100 for Cyclops seems like a lot to me, I know he's got electronics and lots of blast effects, but still. I got a good deal for like $77 shipped, but was still kinda pushing it seeing as most of the time if you wait a month after normal releases they're like $65-70 shipped on Amazon. I do agree that the Black Bolt and Lock Jaw set was less than I thought, I also thought that'd be an exclusive since it's kind of a lesser desired figure I would think, but who knows. I think Mezco definitely wants to released desired figures as exclusives for the brand. I met the president Mike at SDCC last year, and he was really cool to talk to and really into the figures, but he had the Supreme kind of look about him lol. So I can see that's what he's going for with the figures. Even at Cons, they never hold things back to have some day to day. Everything is sold out by Thursday afternoon typically at best. The Spec Ops Punisher was sold out by noon in 2018, I think Gordon was sold out before noon this year too.
Yeah, Mezco kind of screwed the market for collectors. It seems that way anyway. I think even MAFEX figures were less than they are now before Mezco came on the scene.
Mafex improved on QC though lol, they basically had zero when the figures were half the price. They still have issues from time to time, but some of their older releases can barely stand and/or stay together. I think their 3PO is the biggest piece of shit figure I've ever bought.
Black Bolt just seems like an odd choice because of how the Legends version couldn't be given away. Suddenly the character is going to support a $90 release? OK...
I just want Lockjaw. Black Bolt is a really cool character but this version looks odd. Like he's a teenager or something. Who knows, if the Legends version of Lockjaw is good I may even skip this one entirely. Not like we don't have time to decide.
Anyone else in Southern California? There is Designer Con coming up in Anaheim. Mezco is going to be there, they practically always have some exclusive available if they go to a Con. My buddy looked at last year with LACC, and Mezco put up the Model 42 Iron Man a week before LACC, where it was available, so I'm wondering if they will do the same this year. Designer Con is Nov 22-24.
Is there an ML Lockjaw coming? I can't remember or keep track of it all, lol. If so, I might end up cancelling this one but it all depends on how they look.
