I guess what I mean is, it all depends on where you live. Since I live near Chicago, it's just as fast for me to get a shipment from BBTS (which is located in Wisconsin) than from TFSource (which is located in Nevada), even though TFSource gets shipments from Asia faster.
A legit complaint. I always assumed it was a natural consequence of too much warehouse and too few employees.

That has been my experience the past few years. ''Long ago'' they shipped pretty quickly, but success and growth seems to have slowed that somewhat.

I actually just had a POL ship from BBTS. I hit the ship button late Friday, I got a "shipped" e-mail Monday, and it arrived yesterday afternoon. Really, not too bad.

Still very tempted by these fellas, but can\'t justify the price, oh well! The look great though, love those seacon colours!

thats surprisingly quick in my experience, ever since they switched to the flat rate shipping their speed at actually getting stuff shipped out has slowed for the most part for me

They dink around with shipping it if you use the $4 flat rate, others and myself seem to think its faster if you don't use that shipping speed.

In other news $70 AUD per limb is quite literally daylight robbery. I feel for Australian TF fans.

I’m STILL waiting on my guy here in Taiwan to tell me how much these are going to be! Usually, I tell him what I want, don’t need to ask the price, and he gets it for cheaper than other places (he’s a direct distributor).

With the Seacons, I told him I want them but not if they’re too crazy expensive. Still have no idea what’s going on with the price, or if he can really get them (although he said he can).

I need to stay on top of when things are released, because he won’t notify me when he gets stuff, and will sell it all if I don’t arrange to go pick it up. He doesn’t feel the need to develop a way to keep track of prices, orders, payments, or pickups for himself. Very unsystematical way of doing things, with very little assurances given to the customer — which after many years I can more safely make the generalization that it tends to be part of the cultural difference and not a one-off. Considerations toward convenience and protection policies are always first given to the company. The customers have to think for themselves, and shouldn’t expect exchanges, returns or other services customers in some other cultures might expect. It’s a lot of work, and the customers need to stay patient, or risk being cut off by business if you give too much hassle.

When I learn more about price and availability, I’ll let you all know.

I actually use the $4 flat rate and the only difference I've ever noticed is it can take a day or two longer to transfer to USPS for delivery first. Granted that's not everyone's experience, but there seems to be a lot different factors involved in the whole process, like where you are, how many items you are shipping, when you are asking them to ship it and if that's at a time when a big item dropped and everyone is shipping their POLs, or in general a busy time of year, etc.

I did my first real Pol ever this weekend. Hit ship around 3 pm on Friday. It was on the way by 5 on Monday. I was expecting a lot slower since I had no frame of reference. I also only had 12 things, several of them small, though.

    Flat rate.

I really thought it would take longer since the sale ended this last weekend. Maybe almost everyone decided to keep building their PoLs until Black Friday? (I had one $6 item that needed to ship soon and I had no interest in paying 4 bucks just to ship it.)

I was just totally the amount for this Seacon Combiner figure and not including tax and ship i got around ($234.94). So that's also saying that the other 2 figures NOT SHOWN on Pulse are going to be Pulse prices that are $34.99. So that would be for the regular figures besides the 1 figure that is body part at $59.99. Now,.... don't get me wrong I'm really happy we are going to see this big bad combiner figure in better form but (WOW) it's going to be a bit pricey. THAT'S alot of MONEY for this combiner at least for me it is. I'm pretty sure though the combiner will be awesome so i guess that over $200 dollar combiner isn't that bad then.

That is roughly twice what they would have been at US retail, but they wouldn't have such extensive retooling or painting for that price. Since the Seacons are my favorite combiner team, I am more than happy to pay twice the price for a version that's more than just a minor retool of the terrorcons.

I chatted with CS on Friday. I knew they wouldn't have any info, but let them know I felt the Takara exclusives were the only reason I'd pay for Premium next year. I always try to politely threaten companies in the wallet to get my way
