The trick with the Narga skeleton...Narga, Barry, Tiggy, really is to break their best weapons, really. For Barioth and Tigrex, first priority should be to break an arm. That beats their mobility and makes them tire out faster. Narga's tail needs to go, which reduces it's threat range. Her claws are armored, but breaking them is less necessary than the other two. For Barioth, next thing to go is the head, as it reduces the lethality of the headbutt. Tigrex, go for the tail. Tigrex is deceptively easy. Once you break a claw and a head just stay safe and let him gas out. He'll gas out pretty fast.
Yeah Tigger X, I broke his bones and then ran around while he wore himself out before beating him with my hammer .
It's weird. Back in High rank, Bazelgeuse was always harassing me and making my life miserable. I cursed its very name. But now that I'm in Master rank and the bagel cheese stays put in the recess, I feel... empty. No more bombing runs, no more dramatic music. I think I understand now what the Joker felt when Batman disappeared; without the threat of Bazelgeuse interrupting my captures, there's just no thrill anymore. :'(
What are the point of the drinks in the diner menu? Meat boosts attack, seafood boosts defense, and veggies boost elemental defense, but drinks do... nothing?
Skip to 19 minutes for the info you're asking for, but you might want to watch the whole video anyway to see what skills come from what food.
The 15th anniversary scale video was rather disappointing. It felt more like a sneak peak at upcoming elder dragons than it did a scale video. They didn't show the sizes of the monsters in a consistent, informational way and instead went for some flashy dynamic display of the monsters that really failed to get a sense of scale for any of the monsters. Still excited for the Dire Miralis to appear in MHW though.
I am so glad that, what I assume is, the final boss punishes you for using a hammer. Why the hell not.
Don't worry my guy, Hammer wipes the floor with Mega Graveller. After you get past the rock lord phase, you just gotta wipe out a leg, smash its head in, wipe out the other leg, smashes its head in, and then spin to win. Following that fight is probably the best cut-scene in the game, hands down. There's always a bigger (so to speak) fish.
A new update in December, featuring the return of a dragon-powered Zinogre subspecies, an icy region added to the Guiding Lands, and a new elder dragon more powerful and terrible than could be imagined... Grab your weapons, prep your cat, tell the Handler to PLEASE stay put at base and go forth to face these new threats!
Any chance we will get the quest for the eyepatch material again? I want to make the layered armor for it
