Also, just wondering, how would people feel about a Straxus retool of impactor. Hes big and has the right alt mode. A little retooling of the chest could make him a nice straxus I think

 

That's actually an awesome idea, and would feel much less out of left field than Double Dealer imo. (Though I'd love to see powermasters happen, I've always felt Double Dealer - while the best option I could think of that fit the clues - would have been kind of odd.)

Someone mentioned the 3P Thunderclash to him and he said, "I knew about that one  " Hence us assuming it's ruled out.

 

the Straxus we have now is already perfect. no need for another deluxe.
now if we were to get a Voyager or Leader, i wouldn't say no. TR Galvatron would be a half bad starting point if he needs to be a retool.

 

Maybe, but he ain't easy to get is he? Never checked, but I'm going to assume it is. As toys age, they're harder to find for an honest price. I'm sure people would love a new cheaper one. Hes had plenty of time to rest. Wake him up and shove him onto the shelves!

I hope various of the combiners are the minicons from Armada that combine into Star Saber, Skyboom, Requiem Blaster and Perceptor

 

Up until a new version appears. When siege Jetfire was revealed, the sales threads got flooded with older versions.

 

Well either way, a boom of available straxus' will come when hasbro makes a new one. So hop to it hasbro 

 

And send it to Walmart so that they sell it for half off again. I like my leaders for $45.  

 

You could be right. Perhaps they even repaint him and give him armor as Leader.

I kept hoping for a Powered Convoy/Sentinel Prime/Delta Magnus repaint of Siege Ultra Magnus.

... No luck so far.

I'm guessing Hasbro is sitting on "Overload" until they at least go back to those Erector/Overload type figures. Part of me is hoping they'll combine the two into a single reference.

 

That's fine for them. It's their property to do with as they please.

I, honestly, don't care for the execution of the new micromasters which is why I repurpose figures as I need to fit the collection I want.

Much like using the G2 combiner repaints as various Micromasters, I still hope for a Sentinel repaint of Siege Magnus so I can call him Overload.

In that case I hope to see AOE Bee and... Not really anyone from the movies I can think of right now.
But there are a few non-movie toys that I'd like to see updated in SS because they can't be found in the secondary market anymore.

 

I am hoping Sunstreaker appears at some point in ER. I am confident we’ll get Trailbreaker from Hoist and BB from Cliffjumper. If we get those four, then we’ll have 13 out of 14 of the Big Season 1 Autobots (according to me). For those keeping score at home, here’s my list:
