It’s obviously silver in all media. The prototype grey looks both unfinished on the toy itself and inaccurate.

No, but they should probably match the toy, which has silver accessories.

I know. I have like 80% of their releases from the last few years. That’s why I’m comfortable saying that this release, like V1 Dinobot swords, is a rare disappointment.

 

I think I was suggesting they were sprayed silver - I don't think he's set up to Spray a lot of things though - Only a small portion of his released are painted. I think I'll get a couple of sets and perhaps spray one silver.

Is there any way to get those kits in Europe(, Germany)?

 

Now I just need blue and purple null rays, and I think I'll be good on Seige. Omega will be dependent on the cost, but I'm not sure I will keep him in base mode much

Grab some acrylic paint. That's what I end up doing for most of Nonnef's accessories.

 

Received the G2 Sideswipe parts. For those that are wondering, the parts are cast in gray and black like the photos on his page. Also the bandolier is actually rubber (or medical grade silicon, per the comment below)

 

its medical gradesilicone if im remembering right, not rubber. less prone to degrading

 

What I was getting at was it wasn't hard plastic.

I might soak the guns in degreaser and spray them silver but otherwise I don’t think it requires anything else.

 

Got mine, came with an extra black bandolier. which, i found out is the lucky draw!

any idea how to combine the parts for alt mode, or combine both guns the way they are in the promo pic? like here Screenshot

 

According to Nonnef, there are some parts that had to be removed during production. Basically, got redesigned out.

 

The idea is good - but a 5mm Post or hole on the weapons would have been a useful aid to storage.
