Anymore b+m sightings of authentics line. Checked two near me no dice.

 

Amazingly, they haven't cancelled mine yet. This afternoon they sent an email saying "we are trying to source this product for you," which is code for "we don't want to pissyou off again by cancelling yet another Transformer on you......" And I've no doubt it will be binned, but not yet.

 

They're out of stock at the moment (though they said theyll retock within the next 3 months) but German Amazon has Skywarp for £47.
Not as good as the deal the Amazon UK listing had but it's still better than the 60+ from the US.

 

Same here. They said again that they wouldn’t charge me until dispatch, but they have already. Have you been charged yet?

 

They cancelled mine too - which is somewhat of a pain in the tail. I think i'd rather pay Amazon Germany Prices than wait 3 months - by then the Earth Rise ones will be out and the desire won't be as high in me.
It's a shame that these sets are not easier to get as It crossed my mind how nice it would be to have an extra set of the Targetmasters/Battlemasters.

 

Apparently the Sainsbury's toy sale starts this Wednesday 16th October.
I should be excited but my branch has an awful toy section in general and last year's 'big sale' was rubbish anyway.

I picked up a solitary Grimlock in mine. They also had two Bumblebee but it looked kinda cack so I left those.

 

They haven’t cancelled mine and I’ve already been charged. I’m going to hold out a few more weeks.

I must remind myself that patience is key. I remember a similar fiasco with POTP Nemesis Prime. He was eventually released on Amazon UK at a reasonable price.

I can’t say that I’ll lose interest in Siege Skywarp as he’s “essential” to add to my collection to continue in the direction that I’ve now taken it. But I really don’t want to pay over the odds for it, deal with getting a refund through Amazon UK or to go through the hassle of working out how to order something through the German Amazon! ..maybe in a few weeks.

Sorry- no real new sightings. Keeping an eye out for a cheaper Siege Jetfire. Missed the £60 ones from Amazon. Should have spent my money on that instead of Skywarp!!

 

My Local Sainsbury's sale has been pish for the last couple of years - though they did get Cyberverse in on sale - so they might do something like that - their toy isle used to be a bit shorter but two sided now it's longer but only single sided and 50% of that is blind bags and similar tat - which used to live near the newspapers instead.

It was a minor miracle that I was able to get Wave 2 and 3 Botbots in a sainsbury's and on sale too in both cases. since they they have had none of them - they didn't restock.

I looked at Skywarp in detail on Amazon Germany and France and one says order now and get in 1-3 months and the other says the price but with no date. so It looks like if they do get it it will be 1-3 months - which isn't a lot of help if when it comes in it's £70.00.

Hasbro surely must know how nuts it drives people to have incomplete sets of planes - yet they still keep making it hard to get the sets, Amazon are frankly a lousy - even shady retailer so I almost wish they had somewhere else to place this stuff or at least Amazon would get a bit more of their own exclusives.

 

My Sainsbury’s has only had the Cyberverse Legends, one steps and Bot Bots in this year, bloody waste of time.

 

If you use Chrome or Edge, you can auto translate the page. Also, the Japanese Amazon just added a preferred language function, so I use that in full English now, no translation required. Not sure if the German site has done that yet though, but worth checking it out - you could be worrying about nothing  

 

Is it possible that the proximity of a Brexit no deal may have had an effect on the UK availability of Skywarp for Amazon?

 

I'm having trouble with Amazon as well, ordered the fan vote three pack from them before Kapow put it up and now it seems they might not even be getting it while Kapow has sold out. :/

 

Sounds like mine. Minus the BotBots. I'm hoping they might at least get something new in for the sale but I'm not holding out much hope. Then again, I've just stumped up a load of notes for some Lego so I'm not particularly fussed about adding to my TF collection right now.

 

I did wonder how the whole Brexit thing would impact the hobby. I’m hoping not too badly as Transformers are often a life raft of fun in a majorly stressful world.

 

Transformers are all imported somewhere along the line, either by us, the specialist stores or Hasbro UK, so..... :-(

 

Got the same email about skywarp... But my Omega Supreme has shipped from Amazon... after I have reordered it 3 times, i think, after each order beeing cancelled... WIN.

 

Titans Return Overlord (Transformers Titan Return Decepticon OverLoad - Transformers Generations UK) is half price (£22.49) at Smyths as part of some big sale.

 

They need to fire whoever they had posing him.

 

Siege Astrotrain is up for pre-order at Smyths for 46.99, due in stock in November. Not sure if this has been reported already.
