Not really WWE2K20 News, but I'm really curious to see the future of the franchise.

 

I'd consider this to be on topic.

 

Yukes announced recently that they were working on another wrestling game because they were getting tired of only making stuff to hit deadlines, so I think this has been on the cards for a while and it means that we're finally going to start having choice again when it comes to 3D wrestling games.

Cody was trading tweets recently with the guys that made the N64 games as well, so could be even more fun times ahead if that also ends up turning into something.

 

I remember in an interview with Kenny Omega mentioned if he could make a wrestling video game, he would like to bring the engine that made WWF No Mercy so good.

 

I heard about some of the features for the new game.

The Story mode will focus on the Rise of the Four Horsewomen of NXT.

And the story mode for the Created Wrestlers will focus on both a male and female Created Wrestler.

I hope the Fiend is planned for DLC.

I wonder if there’s a plan to release 2K Originals dlc that is theme base on their Masters of the WWE Universe crossover line. Like the Arena would look like Castle Greyskull etc..

I wonder if the Hell in the Cell match in the game will have a "no contest" option. xp

 

I'm about ten years past ready for a new game engine.
