My Target's marked down the Imperial Six Pack to ~$13. Not bad for a troop-builder set!

You guys have been getting some great deals! My Target had no Black series or Vintage figures. Did get Siege Mirage and Rainmaker 3 pack with the 25% deal.

To tell a funny story, today I returned a Studio series Sideswipe today to Target because it had a really loose knee and because I decided not to collect studio series at the moment. Well let me tell you, even with a 2 day old receipt and complete perfect package I got a lot of push back on returning it. Since the figure was a few months old it did not show in her system, so she was not sure she could take it back. She kept looking on the website for it to no avail. She asked if I would run to toys and get the same figure, but sure enough they did not have another Sideswipe. She was really struggling about taking it back, so I asked what are you looking for? She said a picture of it. I flipped the box over and there was Sideswipe, so I took it out and compared it with the back of the box. She thanked me and said that there is a new policy with toys at Target to discourage people swapping figures and stealing parts. About damn time!!! Lol

Yeah, I’ve been surprisingly spoiled recently with some findings I’ve encountered. After picking up figures at Walmart weeks ago only to find them available at other store chains recently, while sales were going on, I decided to pass on items like these early episode golden figures with holographic cardbacks, thinking perhaps they’ll turn up in other stores while deals are going on.

$15 per pack helped sway me to wait.
    Patience for the win?
    ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Oh yes, sometimes patience really saves you some money. Wish I had that skill:)

She didn’t say if it was just my store or nationwide, but I have a feeling that the swapping parts/figures is about to come to an end at Targets. I really hope so at least.

It does seem to have decreased a bit at my local store...although I did turn in a headless TLK Nitro Zeus in a KSI Boss box a couple days ago. I handed it to the guy stocking the shelves in the TF aisle and he said he would turn it in to CS. He took the swapped toy as well as a real KSI Boss to show CS the difference...he also added that he would mark the swapped toy as defective so that it "shouldn't" end up back on the shelf. I'll admit that he did seem concerned about it.

How much did it ring up for? Seems it would be out of their system by now.

The Chewy/broken 3PO 2 pack is up on Amazon fyi. 50$ is a bit steep but hey, they're original trilogy figures so I'm in like a dirty shirt.

Both flavours. I think I actually prefer the earthier tones of the regular Mando. Either way it's a great figure. I'm hoping the 2nd Sister arrives this week too.

Looks like the Mandalorians are in for a world of hurt considering who's coming up behind them.:D

Has anyone ever expressed to Hasbro, or have Hasbro themselves ever expressed, a desire to make new Black Series Republic Commando figures? I love those 4 Clone designs with the lighted blue visors and armor variations, and it’d be cool to get them in the modern scale

Ha! I remember those. I remember when I was on the hunt for Scorch. I had a really difficult time finding him. One of the reasons I started working at Toysrus. But even waiting for a new shipment of star wars figures was hard. I ended up buying one from a collector store in the next Province and having it shipped here. I thought that was my most expensive purchase ever, $220 (well I also purchased Commander Cody along with that). Months later, I find the Toysrus I work at getting tons of boxes of Star Wars Figures, each containing Scorches.

But back to subject, I think the chances of them doing Black Series Figures of those characters would be if Hasbro remembers those characters or they will go back to making figures from that time or any from games like Fallen Jedi Order.

I wouldn't mind the shadow versions of those either since I have both in the 3.75 figure format :D
