Singapore dollars. Oh My Primus is based in Singapore. If you're on the desktop site (dunno about the mobile version) up in the top left corner it should say "SGD - Singapore Dollar." If you click it you can change it to US, Canadian, or Australian dollars, British pounds, Euros, or a few other Asian currencies.

@ShowZStore. I've been eye balling these new Joy Toy figures. You have this blue armor but I see maybe two other sellers US and China that are showing a slightly more painted/detailed version with a completely different figure. Even the tan/desert has a variant. Is there really two versions of each color of these armors in 1/18 scale?

Yep, UK.

Earlier orders were still quick, but my last one was really quick. Nothing on the package suggested it came from outside the UK (or EU).

When should I expect my APC Attack Prime to ship? I ordered a little over a week ago, but I understand there was a holiday that would delay it

 

So I have a few orders that had to be re-sent...again. This is not a complaint against showzstore...but rather a complaint with the shipping service they use. This is the second time it's happened and I can't help but feel that while free shipping is nice and all...it's a waste and a costly problem for showz. These aren't cheap items and to have you send them out again...i just feel bad.

I wish your company offered your customers choices. I don't mind paying a little extra for a service such as dhl. I've NEVER had a lost package from them ever. Showzstore, I'm not trying to cause any bad publicity for your company...but this can't be good for your bottom line. Personally, I'd like to receive my orders on time and not have to worry in the future if they're going to get lost again at the dispatch post. At this point, whenever I look at the tracking, it's like looking at the lottery...

Please showz, consider adding different shipping options. I want to continue giving you my business...but if this keeps up, I don't want to end up being "that customer"...the one that's always complaining, and I honestly don't want your company to pay for the losses this shipping company is costing you.

 

I've had one parcel sent back by their postal service, but if they're cool with it, then so be it, I suppose.

Hi, I'm sure this has already been answered, but if you pay the full amount for a pre-order figure in advance and then there isn't enough stock to fulfil all of the in-full payers, never mind the deposit people, what happens? Can you get a full refund to your PayPal account, or would the entire amount be transferred into store points / credit? There's a bit in the pre-order policy about how in-full customers get allocation priority over the preorders, but it doesn't cover what happens when a batch doesn't even cover the former.

 

Wouldn't you be inclined to wait until the next batch?

 

Clicking "new updates" (because every other way of removing it is broken) seems to get rid of it but it's really annoying behavior.

 

I would, if there is actually going to be a next batch, I just don't want to put my money down and later find they can't fulfil all of the pre-orders.

 

@ShowZStore the site seems to be on some redirect loop and only in stock items can be viewedonly, I can’t even view new preorders on the site. Is this going to be fixed?
