Tongliang5218 sent me one little Lego instead of Quietus T. I hope he gets full blown aids.

Shit, I just saw 12 negative feedback in the last month for xialeyulo9 (I ordered Fanstoys Phoenix 2 weeks ago from him)

I've sent a message to express my concern and ask for detailed tracking information.

Double crap, he's selling it for stupid prices now (should I prepare to be scammed?)

Yeah, selling it at like almost half of what MSRP was originally when it's not as easy to find now looks like a near definite scam

Shimin-58 has gone rogue. He is doing the ship to different zip code scam. Just got off the phone with USPS and my package isn't even being shipped to the same city I'm in.

lol, I bought something from Shimin-58 and something from tongliang5218 on the same day before they went rogue. Wonder if they're related at all, then, or if it's just coincidental with the national holiday as well.

A bit harsh; can't we just hope for crippling financial ruin, or perhaps an unsavory prescription drug side effect that causes severe rectal inflammation? Hoping for aids just seems a bit too far.

Me too. I'd bought from Shimin recently and had really good service as well, and excellent prices.

What pisses me off is that I had an email conversation with xialeyulo9 (about packaging Phoenix) before I purchased!

He's not replying to my messages either.

So I could go into a long drawn out story about how PayPal f***ed p my claim, but suffice it to say I should have my money back by Oct. 19th.

The tracking number xialeyulo9 gave me is probably fake (2 weeks later it's still in China) and the seller's negative feedback is multiplying by the day. They don't reply to emails.

My question is, how do I get my money back quickest? I paid through PayPal (credit card funded) as usual.

Yesterday i would said chinese holiday but since all my AlieX orders are now in my country i would wait a week. Updating tracking ain't their strongest thing.

And call PayPal and don't accept anything what can be from him.

I hope not. I had a successful order with them in the last week or two, and I've got another one (supposedly) on the way. I'd hate for somebody with 2700+ feedback to go bad.

I swear if he went rogue I'm only making business with some 10yo accounts with a 5 digit feedback.

Eh, it's one transaction in the last month of well over 100 total, and they've since responded to the feedback, possibly because the buyer never properly contacted them, but regardless, let's not go into crazy paranoid mode because about one transaction in a history of nearly 3,000 in over 3 1/2 years got sent the wrong item...
