So, I broke some kind of functionality? Why was that piece removable, is something else supposed to go there?

He has 2 chest plates. His "regular" one which is removable and then replaced with the plate with connected chain.

Is that really how it is supposed to work? Because the one with the chain had a different-sized connector and did not plug directly into the torso when I tried it, the hole is too big. I have to plug it into the piece I glued. It was actually the weight of the double-plates causing it to constantly fall, and the inability to just attach the plate with the chain on its own, that prompted me to glue the little plate on.

Alex posted this photo on the previous page; you can see that both plates have to be attached to use the leash:

You are right, I'm wrong. The small green plate stays in the whole time, chain or no chain. Not sure why, but I don't think you ruined anything. It could be one of those "pre mold" things... as in, Ravage doesn't need the small green plate so it's an add on for this figure.

That’s exactly what I was initially thinking, as well. Naturally, I didn’t start getting paranoid about it until I had done it! I have Ravage pre-ordered, So I guess I will know for sure by then, but so far it hasn’t inhibited anything and has increased the play value, so I guess that’s what’s really important.

If this was your favourite 3p Toy of the year, go vote for it here.

Third Party Year in Review 2019

I don't usually do this, but there's been a heavy push in the TE-01 thread so its only fair that other figures get the same shout out.
