Now that I see which "animal"/creature this is intended to be it looks even better. I didn't see/notice the beast modes eyes before. And I really get that Transmetal vibe now.

I hope you are looking at combiner parts. That would be awesome. But just do what you think works best - no pressure!

 

This one doesn't really look like anything. I can kinda see what you were going for and it sort of makes sense in a weird way... I just don't think it translated well from the organic looking beast to the mechanized version. If you hadn't of posted that drawing I never would of known those were suppose to be eyes. I thought it was a tazer gun with a foot and wings for no apparent reason.
