There is a KO giant Strafe already - but he'd require a lot of custom painting to fit the style of the others.

I remember reading a listing for a Leader Class Studio Series Slug expected for release around this time but that was before Hasbro announced their Devastator and since then I cant even find the listing anymore.
I guess all we can do is wait and see what comes next.

Also am I the only one who would be interested in a Leader class or larger version of Scorn's Deluxe figure?
Now before the Lynching begins I love the look of this Scorn just as I love the Original Voyager class version.
I repurposed the original Deluxe as an Allosaurus to represent a Dino-from for Scar from the IDW Dynobot team

I have owned that OSKO Strafe and trust me: hard pass. It arrived with both tails snapped off, and after I glued them they just snapped off in a different place; and then it happened once more.

I think it was missing elbow joints, and I think it was missing knee joints as well. It is kind of just a wad of F-grade plastic with enough nominal articulation to switch modes. A nice paintjob might make it a good visual contribution to your shelf, as long as you never touch it, look too closely at it, or really interact with it in any way.

I was interested, until i read NothingHeads thoughts about it, so i'm gonna have to pass. It does look nice though.

Judging by this i think I'll have to wait for a better Strafe one day.

I really wanted to like it and I was willing to forgive a lot in order to do so, but yeah; I would wait. The likelihood we will get him and Slag from BMB is high; I imagine they are just waiting to see if we get a studio series mold of either before they proceed. We can do way better than those AOE toys.

There is another Strafe with Clear wings too also large- though I don't know if it's as large as that one is.

It is quite junky. None the less it painted up quite nicely and I'm glad I have it.

I think the Cave Men would have been scared if they had those in the Last Ice Age.

    Another Chinese review:

But I'm wondering... what actually is the name they're using for this? It's not Ancient Leader - not only is that already taken by LS-05, it's not written anywhere on the box. "Ancient Monsters" (which is what's written next to the corresponding English) seems likely, even though it's a plural, and the only other writing translates to "Alloy Version" which is probably just Google's take on the "Alloy Plate" written next to it.

Damn, that is one big, BIG boi

I'm assuming his spikes and his tail is hard plastic?

EDIT: seems to be rubber as well, like the original voyager(I see the spikes bent)

Also, glowing eyes? From what I understand the ankles are a problem due to them not having ratchet joints

Yeah, it's name is Ancient Monster.

-feels lighter than expected, but not hollow
-spines are made of thick rubber
-the side panels don't tab in well
-the underside robot arm needs a longer tab to be more secure
-in robot mode, the entire weight is being supported by the ball-joint ankles and combined with the backpack, makes it tend to lean back
    -no waist movement
    -limited leg movement

Man so lots of issues? Also I was really hoping they'd fill in the gaps in the right arm, as well as make the tail more poseable...

I really want to get this, but it's honestly just too big. I'd love an OS Scorn that was the same size as SS Grimlock.
