    It's Wheelie. The colour images were found long ago, I think it is stolen DW art.

    At the time he was the only Cosmos available since neither Hasbro nor any other 3rd Party had made a modern design. I eventually did buy the iGear Cosmos since, again, it was the only Cosmos available and I enjoy the character. Since then there have been better Cosmos' to come out and I have picked those up, while the iGear Cosmos was sold and moved on to another home.

    You realize you are responding to a post that was made 7.5 years ago?
