These actually look great! Not a fan of the show, but I think that Bee design is actually fun, so I’m happy it gets another chance. Same goed for Shockwave. Not sure I want to collect them all of the BAF Maccadam/Alchemist Prime, Marvel Legends style, but he looks nice.

And yay, Siege-compatible blast effects. Best move ever!

    That or BAF parts.

    Probably both in this case.

Build a figure is such a cash grab... at least with the combiners each individual figure is an independent toy. BAF are just useless parts until you get all X parts to complete it.

But you are buying the Main Figure first, the BAF is a Bonus, along with a Blast Effect that is compatible with WFC Blast Effects.

They didn't even show off the Build a Map to Earth Rise yet, yeah there getting something too; but there Blast Effects are exclusive to the Battlemasters.

Next year is just a collectathon, if your into those things.

My prediction for the other four Deluxes are Grimlock, Windblade, Shadowstriker, and Starscream.

I'm looking at the Main Cast on TFwiki, I didn't realize the Main Cast consist of only 8 Characters.

Your List consist of the second half of Main Characters, and so, a very strong Prediction.

Uhhh.... Shockwave is literally doing a waste swivel in the render, and Optimus has the cut for it.

The BAF piece is in no way a bonus. It's costed into the figure. If you buy the whole package you are paying for the BAF piece. You don't want the BAF piece you are in a sense over paying for the main figure. This has been discussed among Marvel collectors for years. It's why there's such a love/hate feeling for the build a figure concept.

I’ll pick up Optimus and Megatron for my kids. If only the gimmicks weren’t so intrusive for earlier figures...my kiddos didn’t like them.

Yeah, my daughter's not digging this line. She's got Angrywave and Gnaw, and she wants a Scraplet and Skybite before she's done. She wasn't too impressed with Gnaw, since she already owns the TR version. She doesn't get why he can't move his arms. I don't either. Likes Angrywave though.

Just noticed that Hasbro Pulse doesn't list any Cyberverse figures, so I'm assuming that Amazon would be the best place to pre-order these.

I’m trying to collect all 13 prime figures aside from the POTP pretenders. I have TR alpha trion, RID megatronus, TC vector prime and I’ll be getting cyberverse maccadam as alchemist prime. So did they make figures that I’m not aware of for the other 9? I’m interested in trying to track them down if they have. Thanks

There’s the old Funpub/Transformer’s Club Nexus Prime combiner, and there’s a 3rd party Solus Prime out there. :)

It's nice that they're doing this BAF stuff... but yeah, i would be worried that people might try to get the piece via underhanded means. Really, they should blindpackaged these BAF pieces. Just to make sure.

No, then what stops you from getting repeats, or from buying a figure that's missing the piece.

I think Build-a-Figures have potential for characters that don't Transform, to finally get toys. I can see a Autobot Spike or a Quintesson getting toys in the future if BAFs catch on.

Honestly the only thing here I don't like, is spitting it up between 2 waves.
