did your original break or you just want the smoke colored one? I have my original blue if you need.

 

The issue was on DMY's side, unfortunately.

this is the configuration I like best. I’m messing with these fp stunticons for the first time. Doing individual bots first then gonna combine and see how this thing is

 

I dont recall the alert for this...my windshield has a nice crack in it. Still holds together just a crack there.

Yes the socket for an arm. Idk if they are side specific but one of the three tabs has a stress mark and is half broke off. It’s the socket that goes on drag strip or dead end

 

You're probably gonna have to buy a whole nother Diesel unless you luck into a junker. But those are the parts that broke the most often.

 

Yeah, I noticed the very first time I tried to combine, that those tabs were definitely "not designed for an easy/exact fit". I think I ended up shaving off half their thickness, and re-shaping them into an angle, to get them to "fit well, without super-stressing them". (And I ended up making them side-specific, though the difference is slight---Deadend and Dragstrip are NOT identically molded there---I think it has something to do with the Dragstrip's upper-most collar-slot area)

As-molded will *work*, but it'll stess the heck out of every tab and hinge involved, and isn't likely to last very many transformations, IMHO.

 

Short answer: no chance in hell you're getting that specific part, all long gone

long answer: the mold should theoretically be active still, since AgesThreeAndUp has solicited the G2 colors for this combiner and released the four limbs. The only one left is Motormaster . . . and if they're doing that, it must mean the mold is around and they're gonna use it. Of course, the parts will be some pastel purple or teal

 

So this is a common issue?

also why can’ti plug in drag strip or dead end? I try to slide them onto the combiner ports and they won’t lock in or even side on. The legs slide and lock in fine.

i know to match up the channels on each corresponding male and female ends but still not sliding over the lock/release tabs

 

I had that issue when I got mine, both ports shattered when I did the first assembly. Thankfully BBTS replaces it as defective.

Nice colours. Makes the alt mode look better.

 

That's really odd----the back of the cab is painted like it's part of the trailer, so now it looks like the stacks are coming out of the trailer and not the cab.

 

I would love this set if it wasn't so proportionally expensive for what it is.

 

Poor Breakdown has been by himself for forever.

 

I'll be happy with my original set, cracked windshield and all. The g2 colors just dont do it for me on this set.
