the card game shows the first few, cybertron mudflap(remold of grapple), lockdown(maybe a retool of a new potential hot rod as card art has similarites), octone(octane), detritus(heavy remold of hound, has roof kinda like mp hound accessory, and deadlock. essentially the faction is for rogue characters, others have mentioned doubledealer as they would probably fit into this faction

an official description was given to tfwiki, so its legit

Wonder if Unicron will be part of Earthrise or the line afterward. Almost funded now.

I just hope we get more Decepticons, because an upsized 2006 seeker mold just isn't that exciting to me. Crap I am going to have to get three Refraktors to fill out their ranks. Probably should get a few more because they are going to probably do Trailbreaker and hopfully Jazz and Sunstreaker in this line too.

Warden said its a mold issue, sounds very much like it won't 71657737_10156960789669912_1350405801683976192_o.jpg 71693257_10156960789234912_7063465676987432960_o.jpg 72112918_10156960789129912_2776283451593064448_o.jpg be fixed. Which really sucks, beacuse the mold is awesome, can't believe they wouldn't find a way to get it done.

I wonder if it would still be time-budget effective for them to add blue paint in the production process.
If they don't I'll just paint it myself.

Also - Super Hyped to see the Battlecharger Twins mold!

As much as I am a G1 fan and I like Megs as a tank, I would like to see a G1 take on Animated helicopter Megs.

After seeing the Movie barricade, be G1 -ified and SIEGE Magnus pull of the RID 2001 alt mode, I think it would look awesome.

Yeah, I remember seeing that in one of the many ER threads. What does Warden mean by 'mold issue', though? And how would that prevent the use of blue plastic?

There's always that option! Or blue dye, to avoid paint chips on a part that would get a 5mm peg put into it.

So I didn't make this comparison when the Siege reveals first came out but if my assumption about the lower legs between Siege and ER being the same is right then ER is 8% taller than Siege Optimus, unlike Siege leaders which were shorter than voyagers.

The image of Mudflap pictured is his original toy, a mold dedicated to him. The "remold from Grapple" thing is a (very plausible) fan theory.

he would definetly border more on being a retool but either way grapples vehicle mode would make a solid foundation

Maybe he is messing with us! As I don’t see how they can’t be blue hands! If not I’ll be betting a lot of ppl will be painting them or dying them as I will be doing & a head swap to be the ultimate OP!

Not gonna pretend to know the exact details of how Hasbro designed it but maybe it was just cheaper to mold the hand parts in gray/not paint them blue

This also gives them an excuse to rerelease the figure with cell shading and g1 trailer colors

Unicron comes out in 2021 so it’ll likely tie in with WFC chapter 3.

I'll keep this short and sweet...

People don't actually hate the toys, themselves, they hate how it's all been handled.
    Optimus: 2018 $44.99/$49.99. 2019 $29.99 x2 (WFC original, Cel shaded.) 2020 $49.99
Starscream: 2018 $24.99. 2019 $29.99 (which turned into a lot more because ALL of the Seekers, plus the Rainmakers were produced.) 2020 $29.99 (and probably the Seekers all over again, possibly the Coneheads.)

That's a tall ask considering how many of us have bought and bought and bought. One year we get a figure and none of its moldmates (POTP Starscream), the next we get them all (him, again) plus what looks to be de facto G1 updates for those of us asking for a SS type of line for G1, only to turn around and find out "Oh, wait. No. You bought the Cybertronian ones. This isn't even their final form!" And Hasbro just smiles and collects the money while we all sit here and look at our shelves and go "But...why?"

It would be one thing if it was like Mirage... (2006, 2016, now)... But this is three years in a row, constantly making us rebuy the same toys under the guise of "this is what collectors have been waiting for!" when it's clear that that's not the truth. If they told us upfront, we wouldn't buy and we wouldn't get the figures this year and we'd just wait for next. They have bills and people to pay, I get it, but it's rubbing us the wrong way, understandably.

Yes, yes, no one's holding a gun to our heads, blah, blah, blah. Heard it all before. We all know what's trying to be said, here, just that people are so insanely happy to get scraps that they'll lap it up while smiling through tears. That's never okay with me.
