The individual ones only really work for the warehouse so they can find them when they ship out the online orders. For looking it up in store you have to use the assortment code.

ok got it. I was not aware of all that. so if anyone were to call and give that number, they would have to ask for a specific character. I've never gotten that deep into it to be honest. I just drive around the corner and go look. if anything let's clear it up for those that may be wondering. as for the number i didnt want people to go punching it in on brickseek, then expect every store in town to have Mirage, when its likely they really dont.
I used to work at target and that’s how I found that out. Usually it’s best to keep an eye on brick seek and just check when new stock shows up. Hopefully you find a team member willing to check for you.
I'm totally pissed off that they made Mirage instead of Slapdash. I mean we just got a new Mirage not too long ago in Combiner Wars. We got a new Slapdash in NEVER! WTF is your problem Hasbro? Will Hasbro be smart enough to retool & repaint Siege Mirage into Slapdash? Probably not! Don't hold your breath. But if I buy Mirage & start repainting him, then they will.

I read this, and was thinking "Who's Slapdash?" Googled. "Oh yeah!" Agreed. One of my favorite latter G1 cars, even if I did forget his name.
Except it can't combine which is a huge negative for me. I love Combiner Wars! I always wanted the Autobots to be able to combine with Optimus Prime. That line (and POTP) was a dream come true. LMAO!
I feel you man. I would have rather had Slapdash as well, though i will give Mirage a pass since the combiner wars version was really hampered by just being a shoehorned recolor. Personally as much as i love G1, i am bored stiff by 84-85 and with the exception of the Omnibots im pretty much never buying anything from those years again. We arent tied to a cartoon anymore so 'obscure' isnt nearly as revelant as it used to be. It just has to look good to the kids on the toy aisle. Titans Return gave me a lot of hope and at least in my area FLEW off the shelves with tons of characters who hadnt been seen since the late days of G1...we started to see more of that with the end of Seige giving me more hope for Earthrise....and then we dropped right back to same ol same ol Ark crew. I want more years like TR, hitting those characters we havent seen ad nauseum .
FYI, I found these today my local Target here in Iowa, but I also found them at the Walmart across the way. So Walmarts are worth checking too.
Coool! Crossing my fingers for US Walmart releases soon too. Can't wait to get my grubby mitts on Barricade.
