I hate the pull down ball joint system on the Sentai Figuarts. I had Shinken Red, Gokai Green, and Gokai Red all break in that joint. I also am not a fan of the way they did the shoulders with that seperate piece that never likes to stay positioned properly since it just circles around the body however it wants to.
That's something that annoys me with a lot of Figuarts in general, is that frequently they expect you to apply a lot of force to some incredibly thin and fragile bits of plastic. I think they've revisioned the pegs a bit since, but some of the earlier Figuarts, like with the first release Goku and such, took quite a bit of effort to pop off the hands and head. And then if you looked closely, you'd see that the modular joints used in those areas only had a half-peg molding, so there'd only be about a millimeter of plastic keeping the head and hands attached. My original Goku lost his head as a result, because the slightest knock on the head against the axis of the joint snapped it. Just incredibly stupid design.
The thing is, I didn't even pull at the legs that much. One day I just lifted Gokai Red out of the case and the leg fell off. I hadn't touched him in several months either. Now Shinken Red I figured got worn out because I loved to display him with his legs crossed like Takeru would sit in the show.
I’d love some quality ko Super Sentai\Power Rangers and Kamen Rider Figuarts figures. Those importer and scalper prices are just murder. It hurts my soul and my wallet.
It’s not that hard to get used Kamen Rider stuff cheaper, and even most Super Sentai SHF, it’s the MMPR sets that are the most challenging because MMPR.
The reason I asked about the Lightening Pink Ranger figures compared to the male figuarts is because it’s so much cheaper than the figuart!
Any of you boys need Lightning Collection Goldar? I might be able to get 3. I'll sell you them for cost plus first class shipping. Please let me known soon.
Haven’t really mentioned it but I’ve actually been working on a special project the last few weeks, and that is making reproduction clips of the Abaranger Megazords. Ohja Max clips are molded and ready to go, I will be working on tricera clips next. If anyone needs Abaranger clips just lmk
I know it won’t happen, I think it would be interesting if Bandai of Japan and America merged with Takara and Hasbro respectively. Also can the third party companies please do some upgrades for Legacy Megazord? At least something to fill in those horrible gaps in the arms!
Way overpriced. They should be $100 each. Watch, they'll come down in price once Hasbro makes their own.
