Ah, he does have wrist joints?

I must've missed that, so that's good then as I thought we were past the gorilla pose wrists that Hasbro loved for awhile there. :lol

It's hard to tell from the stock images. His right wrist appears to be at a slight angle there, but very slight. It's more apparent from the showroom photos, where he's got his wrist properly oriented.

Just saw those pictures and saw the wrist bend, so cool. :)

Still can't tell for sure with the knees, but I'm definitely more confident that they're there.:D

Of course he has knees. These are all proper deluxes. There's a knee right there in the tank shot.

We were talking about the Maccadam BAF, not Megatron.

All the images we have of him so far manage to not show off that articulation, and are taken from angles that don't fully reveal the leg design to make a more educated guess.

But the construction method used for the legs seems to suggest that he has knee joints.

Optimus: has a gun - beam attaches to the matrix
Bumblebee: has a gun - beam attaches to his stinger.
Shockwave: has a literal gun-arm - beam attaches to a different gun

I think you guys are off the mark with the point of effects parts. Megatron, show the class how it's done.

Bee's effect actually looks like it belongs to his stinger weapon, though.

Otherwise, these effects seem to be using the 3mm/5mm Siege system, so they probably are compatible with Optimus' gun and Shockwave's gun arm.

I was just looking forward to have him transform into that nightmareish arsenal of weapons or whatever it was in that Cyberverse episode!

Thanks for the mention. I think it's a smart move to add them, especially in a more articulated style figure. Besides, some of those Spark Armor figures look like they have them on the weapons

No care about Bee, OP or Maccadam, but this Megatron and Shockwave don't look bad.

I doubt they would make a new mold for it (even though they just did for Cyberverse), and I like the mix-and-match aspect so it doesn’t matter what combination you have, you can still form a complete mini-figure. If you can’t find the toy that has the red legs, you can just use the blue legs instead.

If you buy the garbage that Hasbro is putting out, you justify the insanity of the price jumps.

Do you not see how this is the stepping stone for $25 Deluxe figures in less than a year? At what point to you throw in the towel? $30 for a Deluxe? That will be here in three years at this rate.

The Spark Armor toys were made to raise the price point of a $10 figure to $15. Now you are getting what should have been a $15 Warrior toy for $20 because Hasbro is putting in a chunk of $.50 plastic that makes a Build a Figure. Are these better than the last Cyberverse Warrior toys? Yes. But the Cyberverse Warriors were bad for $10 toys let alone $15. The fact that every Walmart I go to has Cyberverse Warriors priced between $8-12 tells you that Hasbro went too far. There is nothing that warrants it beyond Hasbro's immense greed and it is getting ridiculous.

I'm getting close to being done. From here on out it will only be buying figures on clearance so Habsro has to eat the chargebacks form retailers. I won't support being absolutely ripped off to the point of being criminal. If a distributor can sell me a WeiJiang voyager size toy with free shipping from China for $20, Hasbro can sell a toy like these new Cyberverse for $15 all day long and make plenty of profit.

Wow, these figures look really good. A whole lot better than the previous Cyberverse toys. I just wish deluxe figures were still being sold for $10. Maybe they wouldn't have to mark prices up so high if they focused less on pumping out cheap gimmicks that don't sell and more on good quality of stuff like this that people have been asking for.

Wait, they dropped the prices of Cyberverse figures at your Walmart? At the ones near me they haven't dropped the prices and put very few product on the shelves. I know they have more in the back. These figures don't seem to be moving at all.
