Gotta get them all. My two 3rd party Cliffjumpers(Tumbler & Hellion) are totally getting sold, and possibly my Girder(Grapple). Wheeljack is my most highly desired one and he will look even better with Chromia's 3rd party Swords.

 

Starscream looks like they up sized the old classic mold. Looks ok.

Well this all look rally cool. If I wasn't suffering serious G1 fatigue and hadn't given up CHUG years ago I'd be all in on this. Really cool to see them bring back the idea of Micromaster bases with this Ironworks guy.

 

Love Screamer but his feet bug me in that shot with the tailfins so low.  

 

People bitched incessantly about the do-overs getting spammed by the new lines. Because of this, you're now going to have individual CHUG molds of Cliffjumper and Bee, Tracks and Wheeljack, AND that voyager Starscream people have whined about for over a decade. Maybe now the usual suspects will shut the fuck up and stop complaining.

So Hoist has a ramp connector on his back gubbins, has anyone seen anything like that on wheeljack and cliffjumper?

The more I think about Soundbarrier the more I feel sorry for him. Guy turns into a shield and a ramp/bridge, his job is to take the hits for and bear the loads of the bigger more important guys.
They might as well have called him Doormat!

On the subject of battlemasters now being city accessories if they don't retool smashdown into signal Lancer then someone isn't doing their job properly!  

 

So some of the Siege reveals from SDCC'19 were now part of Earthrise? Makes sense. What about the others? Are they still part of the previous line?

 

Astrotrain will be released in siege than re-released in wave 1 of Earthrise in new packaging. So far the only other siege figure besides Astrotrain that is getting re-released in Earthrise is Smashdown.

It's yet to be seen if any other siege figures will get re-packs/re-releases in Earthrise.

 

So many ramps, I just think of this.

It’s hilarious. I just love it. I actually wish they’d use him in the fiction somehow. It’s just such a hilariously shitty alt mode.

The thing is - think about all of the “Cog Maximus” type things that people made by putting three or four cogs together. I’m looking forward to people building ridiculously massive ramps by putting dozens together.

 

I think instead of a ramp battlemaster they should have just put a ramp into every larger figures package.
Doesn't matter if it's the exact same piece, they could produce them in the hundreds of thousands at very little cost and just jam one into every Earthrise package as a bonus.
Could even do different colours for each wave.

As a Leader Optimus looks disappointing, I’m not liking the pics I saw of the truck mode from other angles and the front of the truck being visible in robot mode is distracting. Appreciate having the trailer is a not inconsiderable part of the package overall. Starscream looks pretty neat.

 

I’m sure this was covered earlier but it looks like everything is now up on Amazon for preorder.
