Well crap, I bought an IT-01 and MFT MS-13 from xchzhh9999 over a week ago. Tracking shows no movement for 6 days... Better file a dispute with PayPal...

As I mentioned before, I took a chance and ordered a Koot and a Fevernova from chenlv88. He now has a negative response as well. He has been communicative with me, but I always suspected this was a fraud. No tracking movement for a while with him either... Will still need a few more days to officially declare him a bad seller though.

 

Man, we're all hunting that Koot! I bought it from tonliang5218 but then asked for a refund after he started looking sketchy. I did get the refund, but then paid way more to get it from primetimetoyz from the UK. But it seems to have gotten here quick, already waiting at the post office.

Some of those prices are definitely not for real; the sub-$20 NewAge cars and Iron Factory DJD, for starters, are absolutely fraudulent. Other stuff looks reasonable, so you might get lucky, buuuuuuut...

Edit to add: I ordered Iron Factory Bluestreak from wanglansuo8, who looked OK at the time but has since listed Shattered Glass TE-01 at $75. It's a shame -- they have perfect 100% approval right now.

 

Yea, alot more prices dropped, and just in time for the Chinese Holiday, so that will delay things a bit more..not a good sign

 

We have to wait if he get lots of bad review.

Paypal is refunding my Quietus from abctoyshop123 now. I had a pretty dim Paypal agent who didn't understand what I wanted, as opposed to the one who opened the claim originally. If the agent doesn't do what they're supposed to, calmly spell it out to them and they'll get it right.

 

I can confirm, I bought 3 things from him and received a bag of lego last week :/ I opened a refund dispute and he said he "accidentally sent the wrong package".... he was really apologetic and offered to send the actual items, at this point there was no other negative feedback so I gave him the benefit of the doubt. Few days later I messaged him because I still had not received a new tracking number even though he said theyd send it asap and it had already been 2 days. He then said that I have to wait till after the holiday this week :/ and now I have seen those other feedbacks talking about receiving lego like I did, so at this point I should just ask him to refund me right? Cus it looks like even though hes offering to send me the stuff I bought thats not gonna happen lol

 

So I have contacted EBay & reported chilifg1008_8 for selling fake items yet EBay keeps this guy up why? I mean he has sold 10 more of the item I got ripped off on! Yet he now has 21Neg feedbacks in the last mo! So my ? Is why won’t EBay remove him?
