Does anyone know if F-15 Starscream has lost some of the articulation from Siege?

Nice to see Hoist has a working toe truck part 

 

With cybertron and earth version figures of so many characters done so well and so true to the original G1 characters, Siege might just be the best transformers toy line ever.

 

Anyone find Hot Shot on Pulse yet? If so, I wouldn't mind a link.

Starscream has a fake cockpit! Fucking again!

I expected a retool of the Siege toy, but I really thought they'd do something clever. Maybe swap the vehicle mode's front for its back, or SOMETHING.

At least my wallet can breathe a sigh of relief. Wheeljack looks cool--love the racecar sponsor decals--but, ugh. That Starscream is disappointing.

 

These pics cheered up my day a bit.  I honestly think they all look great.  Prime is all new except for the front lower legs as I can see.  Odd they didn\'t just go ALL new, but he is nearly perfect.  I hope a year from now we see Powermaster Prime and the hatred rolls along lol.  Loving Hoist, the eventual Trailbreaker, Ironworks and Starscream.  I prefer the battle damage paint, but guess I am a sucker for Hasbro saying earth modes clean and Cybertron dirtier.  

It looks good to me, keep them coming.

 

No, he does have the real cockpit on the chest. It transforms the same as the Classics deluxe.

It looks like the wings won't be as pose-able, and he might have lost his waist articulation, but otherwise, it looks like he's still got the full range of moves.

Check the images of the toy on-display a bit more closely. I guarantee you'll be eating those words about a fake cockpit.

This isn't part of Siege. It's Part Two of the War for Cybertron Trilogy called "Earthrise." Siege was part one of the trilogy.​

 

The deluxe autobots have a lot of kibble. Im fine with most but Cliffjumper has a beer gut that reminds me of mp Ironhide. I feel like if his chest did a 180 with the windshield facing downward this would look way better. As for screamer ehhhh I like my Siege seekers. Do hope we get a Commander Tidalwave, it would fit perfectly with the base/city gimmick

 

Then what's that hanging off his back? I'll believe it when I see it.

 

Well it has been upscaled to voyager size but appart from ankle tilts & null rays I'mnot seeing much difference.
Swapping out for a bigger is one hell of a rabbit hole to fall down.

Prime looks like a retool of the Siege voyager. And that's fine. The Siege voyager was a great toy. Very odd that they moved the wheels from his sides to now connect to the front bumper and move to his backpack. It leads to the tires looking kinda' thin and odd in vehicle mode. But that's OK. It's perfectly acceptable overall, and clearly the best non-MP G1 Prime they've ever made.

Cliffjumper is fantastic.

Hoist...eh... Trailbreaker will be better. I'll wait.

Grapple... robot fantastic. Alt mode bad.

Wheeljack is fine, but the original chug version is better. So no need.

Starscream... I can't stop chuckling that they upscaled something we already all bought like 8 times 15 years ago. But overall, it's fine.

 

So it seems that Cliffjumper's new altmode is a Mitsubishi Starion:

It's part of the nosecone. It splits in half, just like the Classics figure.

 

Dude, it's the exact '06 Classics design, but bigger. Just Youtube any of the hundreds of transformation videos that must be out there.

 

Preordered all of the deluxes etc. I must have missed the RAMP. That is fucking hilarious. People kept asking who will be the next hero of the franchise, the next solo movie after Bumblebee. We have the answer. It is RAMP.

 

Prototypes are always molded 100% gray and hand painted. I can’t recall seeing molded plastic in another color aside from windows.

 

These new Siege figures look great, oozing with G1 goodness that I love. In fact that Grapple is better than the Masterpiece one, even the crane jib rotates! And that Cliffjumper looks awesome, so much so that I can't help feeling miffed that we now have 2 Masterpiece Bumblebees yet still no MP Cliffy, C'mon HasTak, sort it out will ya? This Cliffy looks almost good enough to be a Masterpiece. My house is already drowning in Siege stuff dammit!

 

Have you not seen how the Classics deluxe transforms? The cockpit splits like how this one looks to do.

 

Overall they look quite good and I am happy for them to arrive. It seems as though Wheeljack and Hoist are mistransformed (surpirse!!!). Starscream looks like basically a voyager sized masterpiece Starscream and that is 100% a new Prime mold. They might have reused some small bits, but overall that is all new pieces. I cannot wait for Cliffjumper, I have been in need of a new Cliffjumper for a while. WFC is a good placeholder but eh. But one thing that is bugging me, what the hell is that one little guy that makes up a piece of road or a shield??!!!?? Seriously, that kinda annoys me that this guy has no real purpose besides attaching base pieces, really?? Just give us a Hasbro Pulse exclusive pack of road pieces for the ones that actually care about that. Otherwise, it just feels like a cheap cash grab, \"Hey, TF fan want a road?? Go buy 15-20 of this little guy right here for only 4.99 a piece. F that! Sorry off my soapbox.
