Starscream's torso looks ugly. I wish they hadn't based that part so closely on the old classics mold. Makes him look fat and unappealing.

 

What if they made the next Target exclusive the Welcoming Committee out of the ER Starscream mold?

I must admit, I'm surprised at that, given how old the Classics mold is. Not that I'm complaining, it's still awesome and still works perfectly well. The only issues I had with it were the size and lack of articulation, and it looks like ER Starscream has fixed both.

I got all the Siege Seekers except Red Wing, and I have a very large collection of the Classics Seekers and official/KO versions, but I’m still ok with this. One set is for the Cybertronian modes (which the Rainmakers should have but never have prior to the Siege set) and the new ones will give me the F-15 Seekers as I have ideally wanted them. Like bellpeppers said, I might also be replacing/upgrading my Classics versions with this mold.

And hey, this version has the animation colors, which somehow was never properly done on any of the multiple Classics Starscream releases except for Ghost Starscream and maybe the Aces version (though the blue is still too dark/metallic for my liking on that one).

 

I can't quite decide if this is outrage or approval, I'm guessing both at the same time?

 

Wow i cannot wait for the rest of the earthrise figures! Everything is so awesome so far! My wfc starscream is still amazing i will keep him for sure.
