Overbite is perfect! Tentakil has a great alt mode, but... Wel, I guess they wanted to make him a she as per the BW cartoon.

They're not hidden. If you search for Generations Selects, all of the GS items are listed.

 

Once they hit the preorder cutoff, the Seacons stopped showing up where they should when sorted by newest date. It's why people thought they were taken down.

 

So awesome... hope overbite doesn't have thin plastic on the 5mm port like cutthroat did...

 

I hope I don't miss the preorder on these 2 like I did with the first 2.

 

They're finally addressing the combined mode's ugly gaps on the biceps with Tentakil.

 

I could've *sworn* at one point the Seacons were listed as "Sold Out."

They're not in the main listing of new items due to them being passed the pre-order cutoff date. Even if you try to order them, it won't go through.

 

I kept wondering how the gestalt sword was going to parts-form... The 2 straight swords & 2 curved weapons look to only form the tip, and I was wondering where the lower portion of the blade would come from... I wonder if the two straight swords clamp around the tip of Turtler's sword, since we can see the straight small swords are hollow from the new pics. Maybe just the fact that Turtler is a larger figure makes me think the sword is smaller than it actually is. I hope it looks good.

 

I think it's just a matter of angles. The tip of Turtler's sword is pretty long.
The straight pieces connect just above where the two curves fork off.

 

The legs of Tentakil in beast mode have fewer proportions, it looks like two chopsticks.

Ohh well, wait for the MP.

 

Ooo! Is it just me or does Tentakil have slightly more "feminine" proportions than his fellow limbs? I think this further hints at an eventual Scylla repaint, not to mention hopefully all the others, including Nautilator, being repainted into God Neptune in the future.

 

Considering the toy uses Moonracer as a foundation of sorts, feminine-ish proportions are kinda baked in.

I was worried even with that it would look like a fan on the end of a stick but... I misremembered what his sword looked like. It's supposed to evoke a trident, but I thought the blade edges were farther from the center. (I'm not sure how to describe that dimension concisely.)

Huh. Maybe the original was SLIGHTLY more sword-like and less trident-like. I didn't even realize I had seen pictures of the combined sword, and even as part of 3 repaint digitbashes.

Proportion is not the word you wanted. I'm guessing you meant smaller, or smaller in proportion to his body (compared to the original).

 

Oh, yeah. I forgot these were insanely heavy retools of existing molds.
