I'm particularly happy that Seige Sideswipe, Hound, and to a lesser extent Prowl and Bluestreak have plausibly Earthen altmodes. Ironhide and Ratchet... not so much, but since the Seekers are getting Earth versions I'm kind of hoping they'll get Earth versions too. It's SO hard to get that character right... Has/Tak honestly hasn't really ever done it, even with the MP versions.

 

There was Beast Wars, Beast Machines, RID, Unicron Trilogy, Prime, RID Prime, Animated, Bayverse, and now Cyberverse. That’s a long run of different and each had a line of toys. So many toys in fact that a lot of would be CHUG collectors are at capacity with toys from these older lines.

I know some consider these G1 repeats, and to some degree yes. But I never considered any of these as classic representations of the characters. Earnestly, I don’t understand why some don’t count these efforts as different. I just don’t think it holds up when people say all Hasbro does is the same thing with Transformers.

 

Is optimus a retool of siege op?

 

Everybody always forgets there were teal seekers as well.

 

Deluxe Ironworks is amazing! You can buy multiples and create a building or factory, so many possibilities, its everything that the original was and more, it seems a sure bet we will get the other 3 and hopefully Micromaster Bases like Skystalker get the same treatment.

It looks to be! I love the look so far! Also anyone read the article? It says the autobots come with a map pice that u can combine to make a huge map! So I think the shield thing on op‘s arm is part of the map!

Series name is weak and uncreative, but some of the renders look promising. Will likely buy any and all Micromaster bases. Maybe the Optimus too, since I've passed and every Siege Prime so far.

 

I wonder if they’ll do a retailer exclusive version of Prime with chromed parts packaged in truck mode like the G1 toy.

With or without the use of a hacksaw? And do you want to be able to put it back in again?
