Really nice G1 Optimus has a kind of MP10 feel, I like the yellow eyes... But he really needs an alternate head with blue eyes.

Btw Grapple also looks just like a simple version of MP Grapple.

But yeah, as long as Generations is a thing, we're guaranteed a new Optimus at least once per toyline.

The Grapple might be what's impressing me most? It's like a scaled down MP Grapple.

 

i really like ironworks, grapple has a nice tub, and i'm kinda bummed that optimus is a heavy remold but after more inspection i noticed metal pins on his... fingers... AAAAAAAAAAA

 

DAM! That Grapple is beautiful! That’s gonna make an excellent Inferno.

These all look cool. Looking forward to seeing more at NYCC. I enjoyed the Cybertron modes, but this all looks cool too. The Micromaster integration with Ironworks is awesome. Love it.

Here’s a question: this stuff is going to appear in Spring/Summer 2020. Does that mean that the comic and the Netflix show are going to be moving to earth more quickly? It seems a bit weird to me (but obviously not without precedent) that they’d launch a Netflix show with obsolete character designs and settings.

 

Prime\'s trailer is looking a little ropey, and I can\'t say I like the head mold or the yellow eyes. Grapple looks cool tho

 

Well I bet he'll likely be sold separately at some point as a deluxe, retooled out of Impactor or someone similar.

 

I might be the only one, but I\'m a little disappointed at how G1 that trailer is. I\'m very glad we\'re not getting another iteration of powermaster OP, but I was hoping it would have a bit more playability. Maybe it has some unannounced interaction with Ironworks?

 

FUCK YES!!! I AM IN ON B I G  D A D D Y, Ironworks look awesome and I would be in on more of these Weaponizer bases. Grapple looks amazing, pass cause I\'ll be getting the Inferno. I really hope they don\'t give Inferno the same head as I think the square head look better on inferno.

Oh and I\'m noticing that the figures have connecting ports for ramps all over them, such as optimus\'s shield and ramp. Same ones on the little ramps on Omega Supreme, meaning they are leaning in on the base building for micromasters. I am very excited!

 

Ugh, I had a feeling Siege Optimus would be remolded to having an earth truck mode but I just HAD to go against that feeling and get it anyway. Oh well, this one does look nice and the trailer addition tips me over the edge. But it's absolutely the last Classics style Optimus I'm going to need.

Now if all the rest get 're-shelled' into having Earth modes (especially the Seekers)...I might get a little annoyed and throw a brief neckbeard tantrum.

All that said, Grapple looks awesome and I'm totally up for getting it and the inevitable Inferno remold. Micromaster bases having robot modes feels a little odd to me right now but I really do like Ironworks' robot mode so I doubt it will take me long to get over it. I said no more Micromasters after not liking the ones in Siege but...I mean...It's Big Daddy. Shit.

 

Hmm, is that Grapple worthy enough to ditch my United one? Maybe....

Still don't feel like upgrading my Henkei Convoy/Optimus, but that Optimus looks cool.

 

I\'m really, really, pissed off that the new Optimus is slightly better than the Siege one. Knowing myself, I\'m probably gonna have to switch them out. I\'m a little confused by the yellow eyes though. Yellow, despite being my favorite color, looks a little odd on Optimus\'s eyes.

 

Holy scrap. Those look amazing. Grapple and Irontread especially. I always love seeing new (or somewhat new) characters and designs. And Grapple looks beautiful. When the inevitable Inferno repaint comes out I can finally turn my POTP one into Pyro. Kinda sucks that this all new Earth Optimus is coming out like right after I got the Siege one, but whatever.

Trip-up's robot mode looks a lot like Swindler's, and Big Daddy's looks a lot like Hyperdrive's. That's what it looks like to me though. I could be wrong.

 

Grapple looks fantastic. Prime and anything micromaster related are a pass, thank goodness. 2019 has been expensive for Transformers.

 

So now the aesthetic is just straight up G1? Kinda boring, but makes me wonder if the final part of this trilogy will be earth based yet futuristic
