Actually, the complete opposite. My appreciation and adoration of this figure has exponentially compounded in the past few weeks.

I 3rd that. Btw fellas, Only reason why we got this fig was it's near perfect 3D representation of his 2D model. No one got him for the truck mode right?;)

I mean I’ve been waiting for a flat wheelbase that doesn’t twist around for years.

I need some advice. I really want to get MP44 and as of a few minutes ago, Amazon Japan had him, shipped, for about $330. But the it's not sold through amazon, which makes me think if there are issues it would be MUCH harder to be resolved. Should I just wait for a reissue and hope to get that preorder price again?

I love more & more MP-44, my all time favourite toy.
My only gripe is the paint chipping (I've transformed him loads of times), especially the grey chest part. Why Takara why ? Lol
Also the forearms, the area where you fold a pannel ... unavoidable.

But I definitely want to finish on a positive note, by saying that MP-44 is a "kid's" dream coming true.

Hello all, back again :)  been spending a lot of time with my MP-44 and even though he’s getting a lot more paint chips now (be careful of the chin on the S2 head!) I’m still infatuated.

I’m patiently waiting for Toyhax to do a set for this guy, the trailer needs some details inside I think.

Even if it goes against the cartoon aesthetic it would do wonders for repair bay mode if they had computer screen stickers for that flat piece that the blue stations fold out from in the trailer. The mini figures wouldn’t just be standing around then

As far as I'm concerned @Sixo is the best TF photographer on earth. I sincerely love his photography. This Digibash is also absolutely brilliant @chchchch ! Excellent work!

I mentioned this to you before, but I just realised, aren’t the arms hidden in alt mode anyway? So if this guy did transform it actually wouldn’t look different right?

Also I’m just imagining if this came in robot mode and it’s never transformed for that pure Action Master value. I’d probably transform it regardless.

Yeah, isn't that crazy?! The blue gloves wouldn't affect truck mode at all! (The red smokestacks would be exposed of course, but they could also just leave the chrome stuff chrome, I just did that for more nostalgia).

Chrome red is cool. But that could also be a good selling point to not have chrome. Since people are pretty indifferent and would be fine with a nice silver or something to that effect. That is for the grill, I love the red stacks and blue tanks.
