I don't believe this is true. Isn't it from a Japanese magazine (like Figure King, Hyper Hobby, or Dengeki Hobby)?

 

We shouldn't have to paint something like this ourselves, there's personal preferences and then there's just being lazy, and this is unfortunately the latter

Can you make the gold a dark orange too? That gold is really terrible in my opinion

The head is still black and the gold is actually orange in all those frames.

It’s official; it’s from the Japanese TV-magazine which uses official artwork (as well as the picture I posted in this thread).

 

Well, with the AE pre-order window closed, it's definite for me that I'm not getting it. (AE is the cheapest option for me.)

Truth be told, I was kind of considering getting it, but only because I was looking at ways to make it more the way I'd want it to be. Changes like painting the head gold and perhaps painting the inside of the body parts metallic silver (which could result in a sort of chrome effect).

But at the same time I thought this was a stupid waste of money.

Well it was because this scene reminded me a lot of sa2, in fact the plot is pretty similar to sa2

 

this movie was release before sonic adventure 2 so technically the copy is sonic hahaha

 

Yeah, I mean the whole plot is about the bad guy uncovering a weapon with the potential of domination which he demonstrates to the good guys, in the end though the bad guy loses control of the weapon and it begins to do its own thing, but right in the nick of time a black and red hero emerges and helps the main hero put an end to the threat by becoming powerful and glowing, unfortunately though, once the danger is over, said black and red hero is no longer with the main cast. And that's just a basic analysis of the beast wars 2nd movie

btw: I had been thinking about that reflective spot in the middle of his chest, which is not accurate to any depiction of him. Could it be magnetic to attach to a giant blast effect (i.e. the Double Matrix Blaster!)?
