I love GCreation. Their sculpts are beautiful. If they were more prolific, they would be my favorite 3p.

I second this. This sculpt is way more dynamic looking than the other MP sized options, and thats exactly what you should expect with sixshot. He is a ninja with a western cowboy persona. I owned hanzo but the flat boxy shapes and simple panel work is just not evocative of sixshot. To top it off, fuuma has way more colour break up using paint accents around him, and its done really appropriately, imo. Sixshot is not a subtle character, so make him flashy!

Is Gcreation still around? I really wanna see what other IDW inspired designs they have planned. 20190927_093644.jpg 20190925_181935.jpg

I am planning to start collecting IDW MP figures. If anyone happens to have a Gcreations Fuuma in good/like new condition with no damaged rubber parts and is wanting to replace it with a FT Hydra, I am looking to trade figures. I will 1to 1 trade figures, as mine is MIB if you have one that is new. I can provide feedback as a seller and buyer. If anyone is interested please PM me. Must have feedback for swap!

I LOVE Fuuma, my only issue is the tank treads...they didn't last a year before cracking and coming apart.

Is there any way to get him to perform a 90 degree curl?

I got mine MISB a few months ago. Would you say that UV rays may be a reason for the rubber degradation? I have never bothered rolling the treads because they seem too tight anyway. Or is this an issue only for earlier production runs?

It's not UV, my copy has never been in direct sunlight. I never rolled them...to be honest I've never taken mine out of bot mode. They just snapped over time.

Mine has never really been in direct sunlight and been in a windowed room and as vancouver is rainy most of the year, I wouldn't think it would be UV light coz mine have cracked except for just one so far. A better test would be from someone who has had it in storage or in a windowless room though I guess.

Are there any kind of sealants, protectants or conditioning agents that can be used on the treads to help preserve their integrity?

So my fuuma came with broken tracks, except 2 good ones. First I superglued all the broken tracks back together. Then I soaked all of the tracks in WD40 for 24hours (maybe longer, I forget). I didn't go pulling on them super hard or anything after that but they seem good to work like they should. Threw them on Fuuma and all seems good.

I've never had rubber crack on any figure in my collection. Is it really that common? The only time I've seen cracked rubber was on my old toys that I found in my parents basement.

And they have still cracked, right?

I'm thinking it's just varying levels of rubber strength quality or maybe temperature levels/changes... who knows.
