Toyworld (Highpoint VIC) has old stock Cyber Battalion Jetfire / Prowl / Shockwave / Sideswipe. $15 each.
No idea what these are, but the Toyworld at Eastland in Ringwood VIC is stocking them. Reduced to less than half price too. Anyone know what they are?
Cheers. Haven't come across those ones before. Having done a quick bit of research on the wiki, I see why. Seems like they're pretty obscure. Just the kind of thing to randomly show up at Toyworld unannounced.
Shoutouts to the one other person in Australia who collects Cyber Battalion figures. These chunky bois have finally showed up Down Under which is kind of surprising at this point. I know that Aldi had some Cyber Commander figures but this is the first time I've seen Battalion figures at retail. This was captured at the Toyworld in Northland Shopping Centre (in Preston, Victoria BTW). These lads are an economical $15 each which is a fair price to pay for big boys like these. No Optimus, Megs, Screamer, Grimmy or Bumblebee sadly. Just Shockwave, Jetfire, Prowl and Sideswipe. Still, a pretty solid collection. I picked up Shockwave so that's good. Oh yeah, apparently they're also starting to stock Cyberverse Cheetor - possibly as an exclusive. Rad. Transformers Cyberverse Spark Armor Elite Cheetor | Shop for toys in-store and online

Sighted at K-Mart in Morayfield, about 3 of each. If I'm right these are Wave 1 Elite class. Not pictured but also present was Grimlock w/ Trash Crash hidden behind (again, about 3 of him). They also had at least one each SS38 and SS37, for anyone still chasing those.
Via Ozformers Siege Micromaster wave 3 is just the Decepticon Sports Car Patrol (Blackjack & Hyperdrive), but wave 3 cases appear to have wave 1 Autobot Race Car Patrol and Battle Patrol, which are new here too because we missed that wave at major retail in Australia. They were sighted at the new Toymate in Brisbane, but since most of the major retailers appear to be getting out of selling the Micromaster size class, these might only end up appearing at Toymate stores. Cyberverse Spark Armor Battle Class (the smaller size) wave 2 - Ratchet & Shockwave... found at a Target store in Brisbane. And during the last week, some people have been finding at BigW stores, the licensed diecast Gen1 Optimus Prime truck by Jada (for about $17). It hasn't shown up at too many stores though, and doesn't appear to be listed on the BigW website either, so it might take a bit to track one down. Also noting that the Movie Masterpiece Jazz toy that EB Games had as an exclusive, came in last week for those who pre-ordered it, but they didn't have any left overs to sell on their site.
My goodness! You boys can still get POTP Darkwind, Moon Racer, Snarl & Sludge from your shelves?! All these were fully sold out in my country like 1 odd year back. Envious really.
Don't envy us, other things never even make it to our shelves at all. Most recently the entirety of Siege Wave 1; well done, Hasbro's distributor, don't send to Australia the Prime and Megtron guaranteed to sell and sell and sell...
They didn't even hit our shelves until they were gone from everyone else's. They're just old stock warming shelves after everyone imported the ones they wanted when they first became available. I often refer to Australian as a "2nd world" country. By that I mean we're not 3rd world, but we have access to more than enough information to know we're being slighted when it comes to availability of just about anything (seriously, try looking for power tools sometimes - so many kits don't reach our shores, and there's even parts that are prohibited from being sent to Aus from overseas vendors).
A large Toymate store opened last weekend at Hyperdome shopping centre in Logan city (just south of Brisbane. Queensland). These are photos I took of the transformer section last Sunday:
