Wasn't this much bigger than the subsequent Voyager class TF Prime Megatron toy? I never got one, but I recall thinking it might be too big for my display as everything scaled closer after the FE releases.

 

The voyager megatron was about a head shorter than FE prime. There was an upgrade kit for it though that had extensions you put on his feet to make him eye level with prime.

 

Yeah, they’re the same height with the DMY Pharaonic kit. Way better headsculpt and cannon in that too, if they KO megs I hope they use it.

 

I've always been interested in that kit. Never pulled the trigger on it. Didn't know it made Megatron bigger. Do you guys know how much height it adds?

Okay this is a cool idea. From what I see the only things that are upgraded are the chest details and head. Honestly I could’ve used more. The paint looks the same, and he still has those red feet. 18cm sounds like a nice height though.

The black almost looks better than the coloured pics.

That would be great. Arachnid needs a good figure. That Prime one was ass.

Sorry this just scream laziness to me, maybe I’m spoiled by other KOs that go above and beyond with improvements

 

He’ll have an unmasked face, a star saber and some more weapons, and he won’t be ridiculously expensive like the real FE, so modding him won’t feel like doodling on a Rembrandt.

I'm cool with this being a relatively straight KO, in all honesty. The actual First Edition Optimus goes for, like, an arm and a leg these days, so this cheaper alternative is welcome.

As I always say in any thread mentioning KO TFP figures, I would love to see this Airachnid custom get a mass release.

 

God yes. That custom is amazing.

 

Interested in a FE Bulkhead KO for sure, as he was always one of my favorites.

 

I'll buy a Nemesis Prime Repaint (In more traditional colours) - but I have no reason to buy this one.
