    That would require Roberts to actually acknowledge the flaws of his writing.

    I take it someone didn’t watch the lengthy post-MTMTE interview where he did. I’m no massive Roberts fan by any stretch but I don’t invent windmills to tilt at with his name on them either. :) .

    I actually legitimately did not see that interview or know of its existence. Do you happen to have a link? I'd like to know what his response was.

    Someone asked a question about Drift smacking Rodimus ass, and Robert's said "I can't disclose that, I'm afraid." Also a question about Swerve reading erotic fanfictions with Roberts saying "He's flattered."
    Also alot of shipping questions and "yay or nay" questions.

    If it weren't for that NDA I think Roberts will detail their entire sex life.

    I'm amazed that out of the entire lengthy interview (including a massively detailed explanation of what happened with the Rewind 1 plotline) that these are the two things you chose to zero in on. Roberts may be a self-indulgent writer at times, but I can tell you which behavior comes across as more "cringey". Hint: Pow...zoom...bang...;)

    It's less the author and more the fandom focused on asking this kind of questions. The most vocal part of the fanbase MTME did build for itself.

    Ha, yeah, this thread has really opened my eyes to the fact that there’s definitely a contingent of people who don’t seem to like Roberts more for the sake of well, just not liking Roberts than any other rationale. :)
