Hasbro Transformers G1 Headmaster Horri-bull with Kreb (1988).

What a monster of a figure to get in this condition, and it's not gonna stay like this unless you sand down that bull neck hinge. Almost always broken, even after sanding it stresses. Killer colours again, though.

Skids and mold mates, fully stickered.

    Diaclone Red Skids

    20190920_150757.jpg

Undecided if I'll update the stickers for Diaclone Red Skids or keep it vintage. Also considering turning green Skids into G2 Skids.

Its nice that they included the little.bike thing with the eHobby and Encore, shame the Takara book collection Skids didn't include it.

Just for fun, Red Skid's box, signed by Kohjin Ohno at Botcom 2015.

    20190920_151427.jpg

The mold is starting to show its age now, the Diaclone Skids is much more stable despite its age, theres a lot of detailing issues on the later releases and alight construction issues leaving them feeling bit wonky. Although the obvious sprue mold marks on the thighs are present even in the Diaclone. The shoulder stickers are awful as they can't sit flat on any.

Buyer advice: anyone looking to buy eHobby Crosscut try and look at the factory applied hood sticker as sometimes they're well wonky. Shame they kept the head stickers for the reissues as they would have been much nicer as tampos.

Obscure point of detail: despite being the Crosscut mold, Encore Screech uses the Skids factory sticker across the front of the hood rather than the full hood sticker seen on Crosscut.

Last but not least, check out the Honda logo on the Diaclone. So nice.

Ceji Transformers G1 Kickback (1986). French-manufactured. Translucent orange chest flap compared to vintage Hasbro translucent yellow. HasTak reissues also have orange, but lighter than the Ceji translucent plastic. Ceji has darker yellow plastic antennae, too.

Ceji Transformers G1 Kickback (1986) with Ceji Bombshell, and also with Takara TF Collection 16 Kickback reissue (2004). Notice difference in antenna colour (Ceji left, Tak right), orange chestplate and safe vs non-safe wingtips!

What exactly does "Legout" mean? I've been wondering this for years and digging through search engines has only resulted in a link to his TFWiki page. Is it an actual word or a portmanteau?

Much love for Jetfire. One of my best memories is playing with Jetfire at my cousins house. They had damn near the entire G1 84-86 series.

I have no memory of what these came with or what purpose they had in the line, but they were an interesting find in my old stash at my parent’s place. Fairly detailed, cartoon accurate rubber figures.

    Decoys!

I was super lucky to buy a complete G1 Jetfire off a guy my older sister was dating at the time. Yes, even the gun clip.

Saw these dudes today. They look great. Didn’t grab them because I already ordered them elsewhere for a bit cheaper ...but this set is still not too cheap!
It’s gonna be at least US$42; CAD$56 for these three little buggers!
    2C6CAF74-7A9B-4126-9CE2-7B00BA879990.jpeg
And soon there’ll be another three to get.
Looking through the 8 or 10 packs in a freshly cracked open case, I noticed that the big sticker on Noizu (the one that has ‘metal’ written on it) was often misaligned some, sometimes sticking off over the plastic. I recommend inspecting in person if possible.

You found those in a physical store? I thought they were a Hasbro Pulse exclusive.
