I'm basing my criticism off the 2 physical prototypes shown at sgc 2018 a few pages back.

Darkwing looks go have a really short upper torso so the hands and legs seem overly long in comparison, and it doesnt help that the head is on the larger side and really just too big for the upper torso it seems.
Dreadwind seems to suffer from the same issue but it isn't as bad on him.
I'm willing to be proven wrong with better pics, but they just look off to me atm. Makes them seem overly toddler toyish with tiny bodys and larger everything else.

 

Yeah, the proportions are a concern. The torso is overly short. Hopefully will change.

 

They still look nice. If nothing comes of the Maketoys versions (shame, really), I'll make a decision when these come out.
I'll be looking for the Darkwing/Dreadwind colored ones.
They can be FT Cyclonus' Seeker Armada.

Out side of last year's Transistor "Movie Orange" repaint, v2 (upgraded with hip shirt flap) metallic Transistor, KFC has been pretty much MIA when it comes to new releases.
Prior to this their Stratotanker left much to be desired quality wise and Kingorilla was not well executed. I'd rather wait for KFC to get their quality under control before releasing these. I wouldn't be surprised if these end up being XTB releases instead.

I’d much rather the Maketoys version, but if no one else is doing these I’ll gladly pick up this set of Hydra and Buster.

I'm still waiting on news about the PM Prime and a few other shown off proto's that seemingly have gone dead. I would love to have these two guys in a proper MP form. I remember trying to get them in G1 form and a buyer was bidding up and winning just about every one of these. When I did finally get the pair, I ended up selling all my G1 off before I could enjoy the two.

Make it happen KFC or XTB. If you ain't pushing HM's or TM's, at least do some PM's.

 

I'd rather have it from Maketoys as well but seeing as how Maketoys is barely remaining operational, if not closed shop, I don't see it happening.

 

I definitely hadn't forgotten about these and if and when Keith starts showing some protos these (buster/hydra, God ginrai) MP Masterforce figures will jump to the top of my list, toppling menasor and whoever else.

 

Since Maketoys seems to be withering away, I really hope that these get released in the US colors at some point. I wonder what the status is on these, nothing's been heard in a long time and Keith likely has his hands full with XTB's product line.
