Two weeks away, that's one week away, one to recover from jetlag and then boom, into waiting for MP-45. I do feel bad that I've not even had time to take a shot of MP-44!

I keep flip flopping on getting this guy. With Hound, Black Arachnia, Fanstoys Sovereign and Jabber higher priority for me, it's a tough choice. I have the original MP Bumblebee and he's not bad, just wish he wasn't so damned orange lol.

Can confirm as others reported earlier that his AMJP price has droped by about 219 Yen. I had him paid off, so the total read 0 for ages. Now it reads -219 in order details.   (Also just noticed as a happy accident, my Siege Springer is coming in the same order apparently. Didn't realize they put them together. Same estimated delivery date range. Had an AMJP gift card at the time so sprung - no pun intended - for him too while gradually paying off Bee, and apparently they're coming as a pair. Nice.)

 

You're gonna love him, siege Springer is a fantastic figure and as far as I know universally praised.

 

I wouldn’t be surprised. I remember seeing a kit for the original that turned him into Cliffjumper. Could be cool to see.

 

19 and 21 are packed away and I sold off Willis when 47 was announced. Toro is hanging by a thread and I'm trying to get rid of my Badcube minibot imposters.

Even though the thought of getting rid of Toro crosses my mind, it makes me think that he is pretty close to 45 except his back pack stays a more rigid box instead of the official stack of panels.

 

I’m interested to see what happens with your 219 Yen. I paid off MP-44 early with gift cards. Then the price dropped. When he released I received an email from AJ informing me that I saved an additional 700 Yen or something but I never saw that money come to me as far as I can tell.

Normally I pay with a credit card at release time and they will charge it less or I’ll get a small refund on the card later. This has caused me to avoid paying early any more with gift cards to make sure I get my discount.

 

They should refund it back as Amazon store credit or revert to your total gift card balance. (Accounts & Lists > Your Account > Gift Cards.) Or it should just show up as credit at checkout. It's possible to miss it if you aren't expecting it, so if you've made any orders since then, check your order history and click order details and see if it was ever applied to a different order.

If it never showed up in any of those and isn't sitting in your gift card balance, then I would definitely contact customer service and show them proof you had already prepaid and then never got credit back despite a price drop. They should refund it if policies are anything like the other Amazons. (And that's what they've done for me so far.)

If you do find it in gift card balance, on the left there's an apply to account option which will transfer it into credit for whatever next orders you place.

 

Those images are fantastic! He looks good, but I still haven't changed my mind on getting him. I'm saving my money for MP Hound. If I can somehow get NewBee for cheap, I'll bite.

 

The time has come to pass my bee on. I have 2 coming in 2 weeks, and I no longer need this pre-production bee. I have a fully boxed MP-45, with all inserts that the stolen copies floating around are missing, preproduction copy. Box is dinged on the back, but I'm just going to sell for what I got it for. $100 plus shipping to your country. First come first served.
