Transformers Masterpiece - MP-10 Optimus Prime So I'm shopping around and I notice this guy is back on pre-order. I don't think they will ever let this mold die. Is it worth it as this new price point?
Could be TFSource bought up some unsold MP-10s sitting in a warehouse somewhere. I know BBTS preorders old figures when they acquire old stock. Could be something like that.
This is what I was thinking myself. But $350 for MP-10, I'd say no way. I know I've seen both versions of Hasbro's MP-10 (the normal paint scheme) go for around $150 to $200. on eBay.
No way is that a legit msrp, mp-10g literally just released 10 days ago at $150, no way in hell mp-10s msrp jumped $200 in 10 days
Tfsource wanting to cheat people with a listing of "New Masterpiece Optimus Prime for $100 less than other palces"? Or maybe they took too literally people in forums like these who saw MP44 and said "I like MP10 better".
Special edition variants are a different matter altogether. Vanilla will always be most popular. SG is one of the least popular and can still be bought new less than $100.
Seems like TFSource is hoping to bait the potential interested buyers out there who are very ignorant about MPs, that have seen the recent MP Optimus going for $450. And if they see the photos of this version, perhaps they will confuse it as being the same as MP44, as they are naive noobs. "$350! Wow, that's a hundred less than the other listings of mp Prime, this must be a great deal..."
they still sell for the price they have been for ages £170 or less i just checked the sold listings on ebay and that's the average price
