Only thing I can think of is that the Seacons they reckon they can source cheaper from an Asian or US supplier at a later date. Or else the Seacons only require a deposit for now.

 

The seacons had a very short pre-order window on TTM so that might have something to do with it.

 

Just bought refractor and brunt from Smyths in Wigan, they've got one of each left as well as a couple of red alerts and hounds. Starscream and Springer are also in as well as a few Jetfires, shockwaves and Primes

There have been some other Japanese lines where Kapow have been a bit random about what they have or haven't offered recently, notably Diaclone Reboot.

Having said that they remain my retailer of choice.

 

Just been in Thurrock smyths, no springers or Refraktors but they have starscream, brunt, red alert and hound on the shelves. Jetfire is out too but is on the highest shelf where no passing child is likely to even see it. :/

 

If anyone's still looking for SS Brawl, there's a few left on ebay for £21.97. Just ordered one for myself

There are a couple each of Red Alert and Hound in Reading Smyth's, as well as a lone Brunt.
I grabbed the other Brunt and a pair of Refraktors.

No Springer or Jetfire to be seen

Anybody been in Leicester Smyths recently?
If so what Studio Series Deluxes did they have in stock?

 

My local Smyths. There was a label for red alert but he was missing. Springer, starscream, brunt, hound and refractor all present.

Oh and a jetfire high on the top shelf but he came home with me.

 

Colchester Smyths has been cleared out of Brunts, leaving all of his wave mates on the shelves. Two Springers but not much else.

 

Nipped into Smyths St Helens - Commander Jetfire, a couple of Refraktors, a few Hounds, Springer and a Brunt. A Brunt that is now in my hands. Sorry folks!

Also a fair few Overlords, presumably because he is still full price despite being out for ages. Also spied a Spark Armor Megatron.

Saw Brunt, Refraktor and Red Alert in Romford Smyths, no Srpinger but they did have 2 Hounds, now 1

 

Yeah, Hound is repacking in the w3 case with Brunt, Refraktor and Red Alert. Each 2 per case.

w4 is each of Impactor, Mirage & Barricade plus repacked Sixgun.

More of Hound, just 1, with 1 Cog and 2 Sideswipe pad out the w5 case which has 2 each of Spinister & Croasshiars

 

Siege Brunt available to order online at time of posting, was going to wait for the new Warrington store to open and see if they had him then but couldn't pass up a guaranteed chance at a good price to get him. Free delivery also, despite it advertising the need to spend over £20 to be valid for it. £16.99 all in.
