There's no obvious tab if you open up the yellow panels in each leg. He noticed a difference in one of the knees after findings those tabs.

I just took apart the crotch part to investigate why forward hip movement gets stuck around 70-75 degrees:

There's are huge tabs next to each ratchet that stop hip rotation after they hit a screw shaft. I think the restriction was done on purpose for stability reasons although you could mod it if you really must have 90 degree forward motion.

 

I wish his inner helmet is not yellow. he looks like he has a bald yellow head.

 

Need to stick a skull in there & make titan Bludgeon. lol

 

I wish Hasbro used blue for the eyes instead. Would look so much better.

 

Looking at all those teeth makes me really want a full set of replacement ratchets for Fortress Maximus.

Maybe. I’d love to get another couple for Sentinels if they were cheap enough. But I’m not counting on it. This guy should be more popular and I’m guessing Hasbro has dialed in their production numbers over time.

 

I think Amazon will slash it closer to Black Friday and Christmas. That's what I'm waiting for.

 

Thanks for the measurements. I’m padding myself on the back right now ‘cause I did a scaled comparison of Omega from photos with relative height to other figures and arrived at about 19.5 inches. Pretty damn close!

I may be waiting for a bit to pick up Omega, as I ended up ordering a Grand Maximus today before he was gone from stores completely.

 

I don't know about anyone else, but mine had the elbow so tight I had to take apart the yellow shoulder (3 screws) and upper arm (1 screw) to fix it. This was on the claw arm.

 

Other people in the Siege thread reported the other arm. Mine so far hasn't had any QC issues.

 

Are we talking head or wings? Wei Jiang's is roughly 23+ at the top of his head, wings are like 27-28ish.

 

all heads. some report it's 60cm which is 23-24.
however Ben's video shows he's the shorter one.

Is anyone able to transform the arms into the rocket perfectly each time? I can get it but it takes 30 minutes of fiddling to get it straight, its only the bottom section that has trouble closing etc. I've seen reviews and some have similar difficulties. Maybe there are copies where the tab is longer and it works perfectly every conversion?
I'm able to get it lined up but any nudge knocks it out. Any fixes? Are there copies that DONT have this issue and convert perfectly each time? Thank you

 

I found I needed to rotate the arms at the shoulders until they nestled into the right spot(s) for the panels to close.
