Do you guys think they'd get along and have a good chemistry? I find it very likely that the autobots (no matter what team) would get slaughtered by those two alone. Megatron values Bonecrusher as his "Claw" and Berserker is well feared by the human standards. If so, how could this impact the Decepticons ranks?

 

Considering Optimus alone took out Bonecrusher with ease and Berserker is just another Dread, who were also taken out without much trouble, I doubt they'd be slaughtering any Autobots.

And "chemistry" is typically between characters who play well off each other. Bonecrusher and Berserker are both just extra-hateful Decepticons. That's not chemistry, it's just... having two very similar characters.

 

Bonecrusher was easily taken out by Prime and Berzerker couldn't overpower a bunch of humans. 'Slaughter' isn't exactly what comes to mind regarding those two.

It wouldn't? I mean, Bonecrusher's been dead for nine years by the time Berzerker ever comes to exist.

 

Well, Berserker does say, "I'll suck your veins!" What's the Transformer equivalent of blood? Energon! So with that said, I think Berserker would happily either suck the Energon of Autobots hypothetically killed by Bonecrusher, or he would suck the Energon of a fallen Bonecrusher as well as other dead or dying Decepticons in the Bayverse.

I simply don't know. We've seen absolutely ZERO character development from both of them. I think we should get a Decepticons' spin-off movie that gives a look at the dynamic between the cons.

You can't have "good chemistry" between two complete non-entities. I'm all for "what if these two characters met" but, like, they gotta be characters my man.

But is it official? The TFWiki is a useful resource to be sure, but like Wikipedia you have to be wary of the sources. And "The Claw of Megatron" doesn't appear to be taken from any official sources from what I can tell, but rather its just an invention of the article for flavor.

 

They both growl and chew the scenery and slobber around for like 30 seconds in something between a robot bromance and a complete lack of acknowledgement the other Decepticon is there, until they are simultaneously shot through the head by some gritty Autobot or missile striked to pieces by the United States Air Force or thrown into two gigantic laundry sacks and then slowly lowered feet first into an industrial shredder by a incoherently screaming Optimus Prime.

If we're extrapolating from storytelling trends in the bayverse films, of course.

Exactly- 2 forgettable characters who like 99% of all bayverse decepticons, end up as overly-designed, fugly af, characterless metallic demonspawn cannon-fodder. . .

 

The only thing these two could slaughter is a wet paper bag in torrential rain, haha.

 

Bonecrusher would hate him, cause Bonecrusher HATES everybody and everything.
