Oh, clever idea! I've been debating magnet-fastened alternate faces..

Or doing a flying pose wearing a jet pack. I’m selfishly hoping the jet pack made for MP21 Red can somehow fit on V2 Bee. It has a slight degree of adjustablity that it could “work” , maybe. I like the idea of reusing cool accessories.

I support the magnetic movement. They were using magnets 30+ years ago on Diaclone, Micromen, Starcom, Micronauts and robots in general, why not today??

It’d be cool. But I know exactly why they wouldn’t ever do it.

Cause there’s no need. The ones with Prime are designed to scale with him in the cab, roller and repair drone. So if they’re gonna be there they might as well have magnetic feet so they can stand around. Hound’s and Bee’s are specific to them, even in scale. So there’s no need for magnet feet when they aren’t in scale with the others that Prime has.

I don’t have a problem. I just feel like it’s not perfectly logical even in terms of Takara.

Hound’s is bigger, but Bumblebee’s Spike is the same same size as 44’s

I see your point and I agree. But my statement was broader I guess. I would like to see more usage of metal and magnetic connections and gimmicks. Those old toys felt amazingly ahead of time in terms of engineering and ideas. Obviously plastic has taken the place of zinc alloys like zamak and die cast metal parts, I just feel a bit nostalgic...or maybe just old :)

    Didn’t know about that.
Right nah I’d love that as well. I just don’t think Takara would do something like that, it’s a bit too gimmicky, having all the humans with magnets. The most gimmick they have these days are the blast effects.

Yup. Unless the interaction is with the main body, adding magnetic parts would add to the cost.
