there's been an interesting theory going around fandom now that "Ladybug" revealed sentimonsters don't have to be all that monstrous... Adrien is a sentimonster think about it and a lot of it makes sense...Gabriel is overprotective because he doesn't want Adrien getting close to anyone because they might discover Adrien isn't quite human...Adrien is really naive, like he was born yesterday... Did Emilie create Adrien via the peacock power and damage the miraculous by creating such an elaborate sentimonster and keeping it around for so long? Is Adrien's existence dependent on Emilie staying alive (hence the elaborate life support system...Gabriel simply cannot let her go or Adrien goes too...is she the amok, akin to the harry potter horcrux thingy? it's a wild theory...not sure they would ever actually do something like that on the show, but it would be a shocker...and maybe the reason why they're showing episodes out of order to throw people off the scent?
yeah there are definitely holes if you look...another theory is Gabriel is the sentimonster, created by Emilie...
So Startrain loses a bit because of Max's identity reveal way back in Party Crasher... but there's a ton of nice character bits on the train, with the Adreinette-ship in full bloom... Some insight into Sabrina and her (bald, very bald) father... Pegasus' powers were way more impressive this time out (and apparently all miraculous people can do that visual choice-clue-thingy)... For some reason I really loved that musical cue they ran when Pegasus used his Voyage(?) ability at the end... and that downplayed de-evilize bit was great too...
Feast confirms Ladybug & Cat Noir have only been around a few months...essentially they are still in that first school year when Adrien joined... Fu's tragic past revealed...the reason why no miraculous holders have been present the last 200 years... and why he's been on the run since Ikari Gozen... Interesting combo of Amok & Akuma... So Gabriel & Emilie found those two miraculouses that Fu lost...what were they using them for though? Emilie was suffering from the same symptoms as Nathalie...creating sentimonsters...like...Adrien? (then again people have pointed out Adrien was cataclysmed by Miraculer and didn't go all nutty like Reflekdoll) Convenient that everything got restored (though that's attributed more to the miraculous ladybug power than the destruction of the sentimonster)... but still no Turtle-Fu...there are only five episodes left, and only one, Kwamibuster, is apparently going to run out of order (possibly)...the remaining four will probably be full of big revelations leading up to the finale...
Kwami Buster looks like it will be absolutely bonkers she's wearing pretty much all the miraculouses! interesting that the miraculouses change shape per different wearers...but that doesn't explain why their default mode is the same that the main cast have been using...
yup, the episode was, as I thought, absolutely bonkers! Tikki & Plagg have been under observation the whole school year apparently... love how their discovery at the school instantly led Marinette and Adrien to suspect they already knew each others' identities...and Adrien got the "Is Marinette really Ladybug?" idea back in his head... Cat almost killed Marinette when that billboard collapsed on the roof...that would have been awkward.... so wearing the mouse miraculous gives you the power to divide (Multitude) and combine miraculous powers? I wonder how that differs from just wearing, say, the Ladybug and Cat miraculouses, like what Hawkmoth wants... so many neat things about Multimouse...the different combos, the different powersets... Marinette wearing all the jewels was awesomely cool...the nose ring must be the ox... I figured the fox illusion power would come into play to throw Cat off the Marinette is Ladybug path but it was neat how the whole capturing thing was an illusion too and they did it again with the altered animation so now we know where Adrien got the banana costume that showed up in Feast...(and Mr Bananna's "It's peachy" catchphrase is hilarious) really fun episode, and was probably what led Fu to think Marinette was worthy of being a guardian after she was able to handle all of those at once
So there's some fear that Loveater was spoiling some unaired episodes that preceded it... after watching it I think its pretty minor stuff that you would able to make the jump to based on what has been shown previously... that said... Adrien & Kagami are a thing now...a lot closer than we had seen before, but they've already laid the tracks down for that so it isn't a total surprise nobody saw coming... Marinette with her hair down Hawkmoth smoking out the miraculous guardian by using Mayura as the decoy...smart move! Fu tranforming to Jade Turtle too was neat (but no transformation sequence?) Andre trying to figure out the right ice cream combo Mint & Orange, Mint & Blackberry or Orange & Blackberry Chloe going full villain again...sort of figured her best role was always a (real) badgirl rather than wannabe hero... Hawkmoth getting the miraculous box means Fu is...dead? missing? We still don't know... So no other miraculous heroes are going to be able to come to the aid in the finale...is it possible Ladybug & Cat will somehow prevail and get it back or might this be a new status quo for next season? (I figure they will get back most if not all of them) Marinette & Luka are going to be a thing now, aren't they? I guess they can put off a pairing only so long but I think we all know this is temporary till Adrien & Marinette get their act together... four year anniversary of the show last month i like the changing background montage during the 'bye bye butterfly' sequence
well, I have mixed feelings on the season finale Miracle Queen... on the one hand it does change up certain things that have been standard and (going forward) should reflect a status-quo change in certain elements... on the other it seemed like its thunder was stolen by all the really game-changing dramatic stuff that happened in the episodes preceding it (and with two unaired episodes in the wind too)... I do like Hawkmoth taking a more active role...he should get out in the field more often... and that relationship change...not going to stick but how do they undo it without making one (or more) of them come off as jerks?
our first glimpse at Cat Blanc I wonder if this is a glimpse at the future (or an alternate future) since we see Bunnix and Marinette with her hair down... it would make sense since nothing in the season finale seemed to indicate a major change in status quo as far as knowing their secret identities... so that big Hawkmoth reveal of Emilie to Cat Noir...might that be the reason Cat is akumatized and might that be something Bunnyx has gone back in time to prevent ever happening because it would be bad, very very bad?
another trailer for Cat Blanc which is both less and more spoilery than the one before based on this, my theory on how it looks like it'll play out: Adrien realizes Marinette is Ladybug, they almost defeat Hawkmoth who then pulls out his Emilie card which akumatizes Cat Blanc who almost/does destroys Paris but Bunnyx comes in to snatch Ladybug away to deakumatize Blanc in the future and undo (and conveniently forget) everything that has happened...
and here's the trailer for 'Felix' Mundo Gloob on Instagram: “ ALERTA SPOILER . Aumenta o som e vem ficar chocado comigo com esse trailer de Félix! Já vou avisando que tem muita coisa pra rolar…” another 'looks-much-more-dramatic-than-finale' episode this trailer is less spoilery but more intriguing with the villain cameos

Pretty much everyone in her classroom is going to get powers at some point. There’s only a handful that still haven’t yet.
yes, that new season two opening sequence pretty much gives away what everyone's miraculous will be the thing is, will any of the classmates who got outed in the finale be able to get them back or will they be given to new characters? plus, it wouldn't be implausible for Hawkmoth (not to mention Chloe) to notice all of Adrien's classmates are pretty much the ones who are getting these so there must be a common denominator in who Ladybug/Cat Noir are...
well that's a given, considering Chloe's attitude towards 'nette might be interesting if she ever gets redeemed by acknowledging her bias or if it would just be better to keep her a villain...
so Cat Blanc went pretty much as I expected, but that doesn't mean it wasn't a fun episode...really worth checking out SPOILERS! with Bunnyx involved you know there is going to be time-travel shenanigans, so this episode airing after the finale doesn't lose as much punch as I thought it might... yes, it would have been nice to air before, but as I said with time-travel involved you already expect certain things and erasing the past mistake to prevent a horrible future is definitely one of those things... what a grim future, where Marinette is forced to deny her love for Adrien because of Hawkmoth (who strangely wasn't as shocked Adrien was Cat Noir asI would think) and that sets in motion a path where they become a couple and eventually ends with Cat essentially killing his dad and Marinette along with the city of Paris... hopefully the takeaway from this is that they can never discover each others' secret identities, even though that's what they've been reinforcing for the past few episodes but it is a matter of when is the right time... the future Bunnyx is protecting has a different Hawkmoth, which we saw nothing of, so that is still in play...and she did admit she knows things that she cannot reveal or risk changing the timeline, so she probably already knows Hawkmoth's eventual downfall and successful coupling of Adrienette... but it was fun to see it play out in the fake timeline anyway...and impressed at how powerful Bunnyx is too.. hm, after watching this, is Adrein's bodyguard the only truly family member that cares for him? and this episode more or less solidifies my thought that Astruc's "controversial" series finale (the one where he'll have to convince others it is the right way) is that they'll never be seen as a couple on the show (but we will have enough foreshadowing from the future to know they do get together)...
